HELP! Grain spawn issue! Mycellium growing erratically ?

Hey everyone i inoculated this grain bag with panaeolus cyanescens spore syringes (i made) roughly one month ago and this is the results thus far with me breaking up the spawn once already. I was super careful about contamination when inoculating and making the syringes ensuring i cleaned everything with isopropyl, used a glove box, and flame sterilized the needle. Should i wait until the bag is fully colonized or should i attempt to create my monotub with coco coir and vermiculite? This is my first attempt at growing and am not sure if this needs to colonise further or not. The temperature in the room is remaining between atleast 18C to 27-30C. if ive stuffed it i have a spare bag ready to go just not sure how to proceed. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks!

That is most certainly not ready!!
It needs to colonize all the grains 100% on all the sides you can see

Looks like we have the same bags. I try to keep my temps around 75f and from what I hear, over 80 seems a bit hot. Grains tend to have a higher temp inside so having your air too hot could be hurting mycelium.
As for contamination, there's some good infomation here: https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/17231150#17231150
Good luck mate!

So one says Mold, one says ready, one says not ready, who do I listen to? I don’t smell any type of mouldy smells from around the bag around the inoculation port. Should I give it some more time and see what happens?

Well one way to tell if the poster is reliable is by seeing how long they have been a member and how many posts they have as well as their rating. I.E. the guy who said it was ready to go is unrated and has two posts so not to be trusted. You can also go on general consensus or wait for a trusted member or one with a trusted cultivator tag. Anyway, looks like mold to me too.

Nothing hurts letting it try to colonize 100% weather it is contaminated
or not. If it ends up being mold you'll know!

Sweet. Thank you guys for the help im hoping it isn't mould but time will tell. I would have expected it to colonize 100% by now or atleast get close seeing as its been 30 days almost.. Great fun trying something new anyway and i have a 2nd sterile bag i can attempt on if it isnt any good. Thanks!

Mold grows a lot faster than mycelium so the time table is in your favor

I am just curious if you are going from spore (i assume it is not LI since you did not mention it) to grain if you are aware of the temps/humidity that it takes to grow pans. Just a heads up

I don't know what that means. But the GE filter doesn't look good.

How is the bag achieving GE? What was your grain prep tek? Is it sitting on the ground!? That’s where the most contams live. Looks like mold to me Especially since you said you already kneaded it. It’s not ready for bulk, that’s for sure. No print or syringe made from a print is clean. You should start with agar to ensure a clean culture.

Even if it’s not mold it’s not even close to 100%.
Also a lot of experienced growers have difficulty with pans, you’d be better off starting with cubes.
Plus if you made the syringe yourself there’s probably contamination on the spores so no matter how clean you are it might not work out.

I think mold. 100% not even close to ready. (dude was clueless to say its ready) I never grew that species but it is harder I hear and if your a newb, made your own syringe, and used ms syringe to inoculate the grains. Its probably 100% mold.

Alrighty so a bit of an update to answer some questions, yes i made the syringes myself from prints i collected as i have only been able to find pans in my local area and no matter how hard i look i seem to be unable to find any cubes to collect prints. I used this TEK to make my syringes :
https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/15998565
The sticker on the bag is discolored from iso alcohol when i sanitized it before inoculation. I think i may have added too much liquid when injecting the syringe (see bottom of bag picture) hence the moldy appearance / actual mold
If i am attempting to try the 2nd bag can anyone recommend a good guide for pans using this grain spawn method? (no i don't keep the bag on the floor, i keep it inside a container with acceptable airflow)
Updated pictures roughly 40 days:
