Extremely bruised cakes/pins unsure if safe to eat

Hello all you wonderful people!
First time grower here and I know that I've already screwed this batch up but I don't know if it can be salvaged. The following cakes are from jars that I birthed to early out of impatience. once I birthed them I scraped away the uncolonized substrate, dunked them, and moved them to the fruiting chamber.
The cakes all started getting this blue color that appears to be the bruising I've seen many examples of, but mine seems to be a much darker blue that is nearly looking black. I assume this is likely due to my impatience and the arid climate I live in dehydrating the cakes. The more I read about fruiting chambers the more I realize I've built mine wrong and need to make adjustments.
The main question I have is: are these cakes still salvageable? The one with pins and fruit starting has this bruising on the pins as well. I'm unsure if this is a mold of some kind or just severe bruising that I've inflicted due to my inexperience.
I appreciate any and all opinions for some rando looking for help from experienced growers

They’re fine to eat.
Those are extremely dry. Lol I can’t tell if it’s ape or just got fried caps.
What are you fruiting them in? Check out humidity chambers, I grow in extremely low humidity and they work well.

Not extremely experienced but they just look really dry I dont see any mold so they should be good. If you want to put in the work I would suggest picking what's there and dunking them again and while they are being dunked make whatever adjustments needed to your fruiting chamber and stick those things back in there.

Humidity Chamber cures the blue sickness until the grower learns how to not cause it

Thank you to everyone that responded! The strain should be b+ unless the spore place mislabeled.
I recently re-dunked the two pictured together 24hrs before taking the pic. Judging by initial responses it looks like dehydration is the key factor here.
The chambers that I made are small clear tubs(unsure volume) but I'm certain they are too small. Adding 4" of perlite would prevent me from putting the lid on. I'm also fairly certain I added too many holes which allowed all humidity to escape
