Advice on colonization/when to move to fruiting (pictures)

Hello everyone!
Originally inoculated from syringe to 5lb grain spawn bag. Both from trusted suppliers. Mixed the spawn with a substrate that also came from a trusted supplier (same as the grain bag). Probably went overboard on being sterile... So feeling good about that at least! This is also my first attempt... If you're interested in my earlier stages you can check out my last post "inoculated with entire syringe". Made some mistakes along the way but this seems to be trucking along somehow.
Anyways... I layered the grain with the substrate. About 4in deep. Unfortunately left some grains exposed (again, first time, learning most by doing haha). From what I'm seeing it's not ideal to do that, but it'll work out if good sterile techniques were used 😬🤷🏻♂️
Mixed the grain and sub on Sunday, it's Thursday, so 5 days and this is what it looks like...

Anyone have any advice on when I should be moving to fruiting conditions?
Yes I know the pictures aren't great... But I don't want to open it and figure the advice I'm looking for shouldn't need better pictures (hopefully). Should I let this go longer? Wait a full 10 days? Am I risking anything by not moving to fruiting conditions during an optional time?
Thanks for the help and support everyone! This site has been amazing!

Most people around here go directly into fruiting conditions when we mix the spawn and substrate. Go for it.

Incubating cubensis in a high co2 environment is a myth.

Thanks for the response guys!! Nice to have a strong consensus!
Moved to fruiting today, snapped these pics before I put in the polyfil.

How does it look? Anything I should be concerned with? There's that yellow liquid in the right corner, but from what I can tell it looks like the metabolites. Figured more experienced eyes would be good!
Thanks again everyone! Hoping to get some fruits! 🤞

Looks Perfect. Nevermind the yellow. the gossamer is perfect in that photo. just introduce to fruiting conditions and leave it be.

Thanks a lot man, can't even tell you how much I appreciate you using the word perfect haha thought I was a ways away from someone telling me I was doing something right! 🤣
I got it between 75 and 80 degrees, 80-90% humidity, light on a 12/12 cycle above but slightly to the side of the tub. Also have a small fan on for a minute every hour (I know people say don't use a fan but it's in a closet and the fan pulls air out so fresh air comes in through the polyfil). I can always kill the fan if I need to with no harm done.
Thanks again for the feedback.
