And Really Anything You Want To Know Ive been doing this a long time a very long time and I have really great advise to Give You So Comment Enjoy And Keep Meditating Guided Meditations Are Really Good Too Some Day I Will Make My Own Guided Meditations Even Ones You can Do On Psychedelics its a lot of fun man! There Are Only 3 Ways To Meditate With Eyes Opened Or Closed or Standing Up, Sitting Down, Laying Down Those are the only and all 3 positions one can meditate in! Meditation is more than just focusing on the breathe it is focusing or observing anything you want in that current moment, you can think, in fact you have to think, there is no way to shut off thought it is an infinite resource of advice become friends with your thoughts in Meditation Never turn them off those that try are successful for .0000000001 seconds thinking they accomplished something and then punish themselves when they start thinking again. The No Thought State Does Not Exist Sorry To Say, You have been fooled by beginners, who thought stopping thought was possible, Well it’s not sorry to say this is the Disease of Meditation in the Modern Era. The Buddha Even Says Thoughtlessness is like living like your dead, But Lets forget about the Buddha or any Chinese Meditator Meditation Can Be Done By Any Race Any Religion Any Culture it is just breathing exercises TBH and it can be done with eyes opened or closed whatever is natural and comfortable to you. If you human, you have the ability to Meditate, Start Off with Guided Meditations do not go in with doing it on your own this is a new age and there is infinite resources to do Guided Meditations on Youtube. Meditation is a human thing not a chinese Buddhist thing the techniques Buddhists use only work for Buddhists And You DEFINATELY DO NOT HAVE TO BE BUDDHIST OR INDIAN TO KNOW HOW TO MEDITATE. LMFAO. Yeah so thats that get started and try it play around with your breathe trying different breathing techniques play around with every breathing technique imaginable and go for it then come back to me with your questions remember you can do this with your eyes closed or open it doesnt matter you do not need a straight spine you can have skulliosis and do this remember sit down lay down or stand up are the only and all 3 positions to learn how to do Meditation, haha it’s so much fun, it seriously get’s you high! The Buddhists Can Be Elitists Only A Couple Become Enlightened And Don’t Tell Anyone How to Gain The Enlightenment. Well I’m Not Buddhist and I Will Proudly Share How To Get Enlightened It is A Step By Step Process! People are getting enlightened all the time doing guided meditations and yoga or some by having a twin flame! The Root Chakra Is L-AAAAAAAAAAAAAAA-M located at the base of your spine or your butt you can also do this into your legs and feet you do not need to do any imaginary techniques imagination is undoable for most people some don’t know how to really visualize do it as long as you can holding the A Note As long as you exhale and end it with the MMMMMMM. Always take a deep inhale before you chant. I’ll go into the other chakras but start with those first I am Enlightened Ive been doing this for a long time But if you do know how to Visualize I Suggest You Imagine And Visualize a Red Sphere at the base of the spine AKA The Tail Bone Come Back If You Have More Questions I Suggest You try this stuff with your eyes opened and shut your eyes only when your tired. Meditation Isn’t for Everybody Some Can Do It Some Cant That’s Why I’m Introducing A New Tactic And Idea You Can Meditate With Your Eyes Opened You Can Do Any Breathing Exercise With Your Eyes Opened You Can Focus On the Breathe With Your Eyes Opened You Can Focus On Anything You Want the main point is just to focus and have awareness you can think as much as you want do not let anyone tell you to shut off your thoughts you will never learn how to meditate that way

Let me get into all the exercises there is tension removing, letting go, relaxing, enjoying, loving, having fun, waiting, waiting for the next breathe to come, smiling, pretty much anything you can think of is possible in meditation, keep thinking, keep thinking, keep thinking, do not shut off your mind, that is bad and is death, lmao, you are trying to exercise, your mind, not shut it off, that's the true point of meditation and why so many people fail is idiots, have taught them that it is natural to not think im sorry this is absurd, thats like saying to a car or a zebra or a lion you can not eat or run LMAO! SO DO NOT DO ANYTHING THAT IS UNNATURAL IN MEDITATION THAT IS WRONG. If you find yourself doing unnatural stuff run from it like the hawk you are in the wrong place using the wrong ideas, forget discipline start following desire, more, do meditation because you desire to do it, not because you have to, there's much to meditation, the journey never ends, you can think, you hit a plateue but at that point, take a hour 2 hour break, and come back to it, it's that simple. whenever you feel like opening your eyes do not force yourself to shut your eyes that is unnatural and against you human destiny plan, Follow with closing your eyes for 2 seconds, opening them chilling, then closing them again until it feels natural. keep doing this and if you find you can not keep your eyes shut, natural meditation is not for you, you are meant for new age guided meditations, which is even better, TBH, NATURAL MEDITATION is kind of dead in 2020, its only left to the buddhists, and billions of people are doing guided meditations now all the time, get into it, I watch them all on Youtube, You can try Chakra Meditations, Guided Meditations, Hypnotists, Sound Healing, Crystal Bowls, Tibetan Bowls, Flute, Classical Music, Flutes, Drums, Shaman Noises, Chants, Guitars, ASMR, Native American Music, Celtic Music, Reiki Music, Reiki Meditations, Pranayama Guided Meditations, Vispipayna Guided Meditations, Online Kundalini Yoga Videos, Jazz Music, Anything that adds extra energy to the meditation you will find it opens up a new world each different video, and music, dunno if it works with rock or rap, but i assume it should, any music really, thats funny. Some use Binaural Beats, Some Use Piano Music, You can do anything you want with Meditation there are No Rules Throw Rules Out the Window They Are the Worlds Biggest Limiter Be done With All Rules Of All SOrts They Are Garbage RUles Are COmplete Garbage and Have Nothing to do With The Natural Laws Of Life Or Even Mediation or Yoga or Dancing or Music Or Anything! LOL! Abandon Rules Like the Black Plague That Is Social Slavery And That Is Not Good or Your Destiny! I'll add more later little tired my hand hurts from typing LOL!

But use the manual breathe as an emergency when you start abusing it and overusing it you switch your bodies mode to manual breathing leaving you stuck with non stop manual breaths you litterally forget for hours hours how to switch back to regular breathing it isnt good at all isnt good at all, ive spent years in my early years manually breathing, it was a nightmare, it took me a long time to learn how, to breathe normally, again! LOL! Yeah its bad, man , really bad, avoid that like the plague natural breathing or what i like to call automatic breathing is much more natural and easier and less straining on the body and it does not cause and overlayers of onion breathing, too much manual breathing can miss spots in the energy body, thus having to release and return back, to automatic breathing in order, to remove the tension layers, associated with, skipping the steps, trying to take the easy way out lol.

Oh yeah and avoid minfullness meditation that is straight bullshit and will not get you anywhere avoid that one like the plague you can, tell just by thinking about it, you are instantly uncomfortable it is a scam, and is insanely uncomfortable and does not explain anything on how to really meditate it is a complete waste of time and fallacy and will never get you enlightened or even know how to meditate, that word was not made up by the Buddha, Some elitist non enlightened Buddhists made this fail mediation, up, it is pretty much the sewer, of meditations, but never tell that to an actual, Buddhist, they will defend that shit, like you talked about their mama, keep it to yourself, you know it now, do not attempt, it, stay away from it like the plague and move on and allow your roaming mind to observe and carry you from place to place as your meditations improve and grow and you become more energetic, clear, stable, loving, kind, gentle, less tension, fixed, enlightened, happy, enjoyful, anything. LOL! You now know the secret avoid mindfulness meditation and do not tell anyone else about this secret that is between us you can try to do it but i guarentee you you can not explain anything you learned from it and will give up on meditation all together in less than 5 minutes, if you can do it, please explain with at least 3-5 paragraphs, because my meditaitons, i can write endless, words on them, if you can only write 3-5 paragraphs on your practice your practice sucks, and is not worth sharing, infinite words, i can write on my meditations, hahahhahahhahha, losers!

One trick I learned about destiny is when you find you removed some tension with the breathe or some other way you will feel a 5-10 second loss like you fucked up, that is just the releasing method, your destiny will get you back on your track, it's a permanent release be glad, and trust in destiny for returning you back into your state where you want to be, destiny will always guide you back to where you truly desire to be, that's the beautiful thing about destiny, although growing and removing some icky stuff can be nasty, destiny always has your back, and will, transfigure, any bad emotion, or anything, that's getting in the way of you feeling good, destiny is the returner and comes back to serve you everytime, i suggest you abandon the idea of free will, and see it for the destroyer it is, and only trust in destiny, when you are going through a negative situation remind yourself, you are trying your best, and destiny will return you back, into, a perfect, state. Much Love Enjoy Yourself Stay Positive Think Enjoy, Relax, and Reach Perfection, Perfection is your natural state, That's why you feel so uncomfortable with UnPerfection LOL! Avoid people like the plague who say dont think, and focus on the breathe, they might as well tell, you to commit suicide too with that bad advice, its bad advice dude, it can semi work, but it could take 10 years, trying to figure out what this means, and you will still be flooded with, endless thoughts, because thoughts are infinite and endless, they come from a higher place, they are your explainers, they explain everything to you, they are your emotional narrators. Theres more to life than trying and willingly shutting off their thinking, ive met no meditators out of my 1000s of meditators i met who doesn't think not one doesn't think so abandon this advice, if you can reduce some of the icky thoughts, sure go for it, but they have a purpose too, everything has a purpose, you got to see it for what it is, you are neutral, you like positive, you do not like negative, its that simple, you like whats good, you dont like whats bad, you like what feels good, you dont like what feels bad, learn how your body works, this guy who channels his higherself said meditation is about feeling and returning to your body, this guy does not focus on his breathe he focuses on his spiritual heart, and body, not breathe, that's what i mean it is endless, you can focus on anything you want, to not try to control, the roaming, mind, it is way, more intelligent and smarter than you and knows what it is doing for the higher plan, the problem comes when you try to fight this roaming mind, the roaming mind can not be tamed it has it's own divine plan for you, it knows god conscioussness, but anyways im kinda riffing now forget the whole god thing, LMAO. This is not about God but God Meditations do exist if your interested, they are mind-blowing, LOL! Meditating God HAHAHAHHAHAHHAHHAHA! DAMN THATS A WHOLE NOTHER LEVEL. But its all good if you dont believe in God you dont believe in God not your fault not mine but the thing is I know God I do Not Believe in Him Belief Is a step but it is just as faulty as blindly chasing dreams, belief is not required to know something knowledge is required to know something.okay so anyway, lets change the subject, fast! Meditation oh Yes Meditation Where do we Go From Here Hmm. I guess we talk about the exercises a cool one is theres 4 methods of focusing on the breathe, focusing on the sound of the breathe, the feeling of the breathe, becoming the breathe, or allowing the exhale to dissolve the tension of the inhale, either is good, and produce positive effects, i suggest you try them all if you like focusing on the breathe, also, if you hate focusing on the breathe thats totally okay, you have tension in other areas that have greater work to be done, you don't need to focus on the breathe, it really is unneccessary and distracting all you have to do is be you and relax and feel comfortable make feeling comfortable waay more comfortable then some crazy breathe discipline army sargent beating you down everytime your roaming mind forces you away from the breathe, like i said its smart, it knows more than you and gets you out of slavery, of all kinds, With Eyes Closed Yeah All You can Really Do if your not doing a Guided Meditation is focus on the Breathe or Letting Go or Relaxing or Removing Tension Or Way More But Its better to release that tension before you try and focus on the breathe because a focus on the breathe is impossible if you have tension around your inner body or outer body, If You Are doing A guided meditation do not focus just on the breathe listen to what they are telling you, do not focus on the breathe, focus wherever your attention goes, Guided Meditations, pretty much open a new world in your mind everytime, and our completely different each time you complete them, or you can choose to not meditate and live life, you do not have to meditate, meditation is not required, for becoming enlightened or living a best life or happy life its all up to you is what I'm trying to say I'm not trying to force you to meditate if your not interested its entirely up to you you are fine whether you are meditating or not, its not like you need to meditate it is just for enjoyment, that's all, you don't have to do yoga, yoga, is extremely physically demanding and less than 1% of the population can do it avoid this like the plague, they are not better than you because they meditate or do yoga, we are all equal whatever choice you make thats completely fine we get it you got better things to do actual responsibilities that take hard work and time and thats completely okay fufill your responsibilities and become a better person I'm all for you guys!

When your eyes are opened i would not try and focus on the breathe that is only a sitting down thing and sitting down and closing your eyes does take manual focus onto the breathe standing up and closing your eyes does automatically bring attention onto the breathe no manual focusing required, laying down, you do not focus on the breathe just let your mind alight onto anything it wants and day dream, and sleep, if you need to, sleep is healthier, than meditation so if you can sleep, thats even better or take a nap do not be scared if you take a nap naps are waaay more healthier than a meditation taking a nap is like 100 meditations. So embrace it do not run from it. Good Cool. Sounds Good. Now Get Going. Im going to post my own guided meditation videos once this page gets to like the later pages, but I only have 3 right now they are sacral and solar plexus meditations, they are extremely powerful so ill throw them on the front page icloud when i release them.

Ok So agree trying to force the mind to STOP is just a loosing battle and will not get you anywhere however letting the mind go where it naturally goes can be hard sometimes! the only thing i didnt agree with is yoga is extremely physically demanding. you do know the pshysical part of yoga is only a tiny piece right? I was actually going to ask what yoga type meditations you think work the best?

Also yes the mind will go where it goes but that doesnt always lead in the right way toward enlightenment There definitely are some ways that will lead to enlightenment and some ways that wont. I am NOT great at meditation myself but do listen to alot of yogi's and there are a certain amount of ways of achieving that and thats it. That i do belive one cant go where ever he wants and be enlightened otherwise we all would be enlightened beings. So i may be wrong on the exact number but out of these i THINK 112 paths wich is the "shortest" path? Obviously your answer wont be the same as every ones but what do you think?

What do you mean 112 paths there are infinite paths you will be enlightened i guarentee you bro regardless if you do yoga or not enlightenment isnt a candy taker only giving it to some and not all thats like calling enlightenment spiritually racist a chooser for some and not for all eliminate this thinking now! You are not better than another because you do yoga nor am i better than you because i do meditation all are different paths and true Oneness is spirit and infinity expressing itself in divine form. Yoga i cannot do no matter how much i try although i really like kundalini yoga your path was set for you before you were born thats what i said if you dont use the ego you will follow your souls path and achieve enlightenment if you follow ego you will make tons of mistakes along the way ego, is the spiritual rat screwing you over any chance it gets but the soul wow thats intense nothing like the ego and guides you along the right path. Its all about will bro will. Will is beyond any mistake or mistake that throws you off. Will is your power your ultimate freedom and fighter not ego!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I recommend doing this for yoga meditations or type in yoga mantras and just lay down with something on your head. And close your eyes after a yoga session it is deeply healing or you can type in yoga meditations or mantras only real choice you have look for it yourself on Youtube theres a lot of them! Or try out Kundalini Yoga Videos It Is Heavy Meditation Mantra Based and Has special breathing techniques! And the Most Unique Poses You Can Learn Meditation And I Can Learn Yoga I Suggest You Do What Im Doing On This Thread And Make Your Own Yoga Expert Questionairre Post Haha! Honestly listen to alot of guru shit on you tube SADHGURU is one of my fav's he has some humor The absolute simplest one i heard from him that actually does anything for me is repeating "i am not the body, i am not even the mind" for a bit then just droping it and see where the mind goes. I can light up the 3rd eye pritty easily after repeating that for a bit...then it can go deeper forget the 3rd eye and drop EVERYTHING is where i am at...But some sacred matras work very well too!

Dude Im Good At Meditation And Theres a Quarintene We Cant Leave The House And Goto A Class RN! and i know nothing about yoga so dont ask me for yoga advise! And Then Another Expert Guru! And Yoga Teacher! Completely Has Another Practice That Blows Your Mind This Kind of Stuff is infinite there are no rules like i said so i do have to adjust too, i said expert but the truth is this isnt a sport this practice has infinite possibilities and practices all different. Just going by what i know bringing a guru is like bringing a pranyama teacher to a uhhh regular yoga class teacher those gurus can definately blow your mind with great practices ill expand my thought zone and try these gurus its about time i break more boundaries and ill try some yoga, thanks buddy you completely blew my mind, i thought i knew a lot based on my 11 years of experience but you know theres always more to learn lmfao!!! FOR SURE man like i said from what i know real yoga guru's go by the 112 ways that shiva taught....even for some one trained thats ALOT of different ways! and honestly i look at it like 112 different disiplines that can branch off in who knows how many ways...the mind goes where it wants like i said listen to alot of sadhguru's talks (BY NO MEANS AM I A EXPERT!!!!) But he is doing alot of good in this world and for a guru has alot of humor in his talks but alot of his stuff is aimed at the everyday person. His purpose he says is to make as many people as blissfull as he is. He even says the same as you said when people meditate they try to shut of the mind....the mind took a LONG LONG time to evolve why would you want to shut it off you just need to read the "users manual"

Uhh, So I will answer your question on smoking, cigarettes produce a sort of light headed effect, Weed creates a higher state of conscious that can be conducive to meditation, but tends to make the average person really paranoid, DMT Well that’s one of the strongest psychedelics known to man, will cause you to have out of body experiences, Salvia will make you meet Lady Salvia, Cigars Create a heavy effect on the stomach, Spice can produce many synthetic mind altering effects, pure tobacco effects the whole body, and is one of the strongest methods, of smoking, tobacco. Uhh what else. Hmm. Meditation and smoking, I really don’t advise it. Because it will hype you up, a lot. The intense head rush, can be very, distracting, if your going to meditate the second after you smoke. Who knows what is right.. but I personally do not advise on smoking anything and going straight for Meditation the second you do it, but, i do smoke cigarettes when i take breaks from meditating it kind of jazzes me up after I receive a deep calmness from meditation expanding me to grow and expand and have more to meditate on later, but yeah, I’ve noticed doing kundalini yoga meditations play a video when you smoke weed wow that stuff is powerful for sure. Something about yoga and meditation with weed that creates mind altering mind effecting states of consciousness that is unlike any other than just regular meditating although i do find myself pretty amazingly paranoid lol. But I guess its for a good purpose. Don’t smoke weed if it makes you really uncomfortable just avoid it in general you do not even really need it to get mind altering effects. I don’t like fear so i stay away from marijuana as much as I can, But anyways, a good cigarette 30 minutes between each meditation is okay Unless You Are Allergic To Cigarettes If you are allergic to cigarettes, I personally wouldn’t do it, Meditating on Salvia hmm, that is a weird question. Salvia will kick your ass for sure although you can meditate on it, theres so much distracting shit, that it does that makes it kind of challenging, but it is possible. Meditating on DMT hmm, well personally never tried to meditate on DMT, but I do not see why not playing some music before you blast off wont help or guided meditations, before, during, or after will not be bad. You got to ask yourself is smoking right for me and how does it help me?? What effects or positive effects can you learn from it. What is the right thing to do for myself?? Why do I smoke does it help me!! What is the point of smoking!! Why do I want to introduce smoking into my meditation practices?? What good will that do and what bad will that do?? If you want to smoke throughout your day and meditate throughout the day that is way better than taking a big puff and straight up going cross legged and closing your eyes and going for the big win. So yeah thats what I have to say about that So Angel Meditations You Can Look Up A Lot Of Good Ones On Lisa Beachy’s youtube page Type Lisa Beachy and you will find endless Archangel, angel, God Meditations, Creator Meditations, Affirmations, Chakra Meditations, and Divine Creator Meditations, they are extremely powerful and if you had doubts about, the divine before, you will no longer be doubting. Meditation is a Spiritual Pursuit it is not a Religious Pursuit. Meditation and Religion do Not Go Together And Never Will. You can’t be doing Jesus Saves Me Mantras Jesus Is God Mantras I Am A Sinner Mantras It Does Not Work Like That. Anyways. What else is there to know hmm thats about it you now know everything about Meditation. Thats how to meditate there is nothing else for you to learn. Now go out there and do it.
