Those Don't Look To Be An Active Species. Though They Could Possibly Be Pan. Cincts Or Pan. Foes.
If By (P.Cyan?) You Mean Psilocybe Cyanescens, They Don't Grow Wildy In Texas. If You Mean Panaeolus (Copelandia) Cyanescens, Those Don't Look To Be Them.
Wait For A Trusted Identifier To Chime In.

Maybe a species of Deconica, but honestly hard to tell without more information and better pictures.
Definitely nothing psychoactive, in any case.

the stems look dark blue where they were cut and where i touched them. I am color blind and its hard to determine. I didnt know that they didnt grow in Texas, so its definately not them.

this is Deconica coprophila
edit: look for Psilocybe cubensis and Panaeolus cyanescens in pastures that have cattle, horses, donkeys, buffalo, etc. large herbivores. check aged manure, they never grow in fresh manure.
