Little "blobs" look like hyphal knots in your pic. I see pins up top too. Big blobs are probably just aerial myc looking for fresh air, but we'd need a picture of a thumb-sized one to tell you for sure.
Edit: That second pic looks odd. Can't say myself. Need some more opinions on this... Also seeing some spots of discoloration in #2 that look a little sketch.
Double Edit: Maybe mutant fruit blobs forming? What variety of mushrooms are you growing here?

Very likely that they could just be mutants if the coloration you're seeing is blue. Kinda tough to tell here, could just be my monitor. I haven't run into it myself, but it's not unheard of. PEs are known for blobs, but it can happen with any cube variety. Hopefully somebody with a bit more experience will chime in here and give you a more solid opinion.

Lots of dark blue blobs on my first PEU grow [Re: Morbility]

Hey guys! Totally new to this site, apologies if i'm posting in the wrong place lol. So my first ever grow (bulk PEU) has started to fruit. YAY! I'm seeing a lot of mutations which i've heard is pretty normal, but i've got a lot of small pea sized blobs on the grow that have turned pure dark blue. They look like tiny blueberries. The grow still smells fine, the sub seems to be pretty health and the blue doesn't come off. My main concern is are these edible, and if so, when should i pull them? I can't seem to find anything online depicting blobs this blue lol. I'll include some pics to this post, although they look almost black in the pic. Much more blue in person. Any help would be great. Thanks

They’re fine they’ll get soft when they’re ready. The blue ones are probably done.
It looks like you’ve got regular PE and not PEu. PE does much better with a thick 5050 casing which usually stops blobs.

Awesome, thanks for the feedback. I think i'm going to pull all the little blue ones and keep an eye on the larger mutations i've got growing. I've got one the size of a snooker ball at the moment, and still growing!
One more quick question- I've got a dehydrator coming in the post on Friday, but i think these are likely going to good to go before that. Am i able to store freshly picked ones in the fridge for a day or two before drying?

They will be fine in the fridge for a few days. Just put them in a paper towel in a bowl with a lid.

I don’t think they’ll be ready before. PE is slow plus they don’t drop spores so you can leave them longer if you need to.

I have another quick question. apologies if this is the wrong thread for it. I couldn't find anything else here covering it. So i'm on my second grow now. First flush is coming along well. Although i've picked some of the early mutants. On slicing them open i noticed that half were yellow in colour on the inside, and the other half pure white. Are the yellow ones safe to eat?
