When can I use my agar once poured?

Just poured first lot of agar plates, was a bit of a pain as it took ages to melt in a boiling water bath (no microwave), got there in the end.
It was cooling down to about 58 but I still got a lot of condensation on pretty much all the plates. Put a mug on top of each stack and waiting.
Will the condensation be ok and when can I clone or drop SS onto plates?

Condensation is mostly just annoying.
If you kept the plates in stacks as you poured, that should have kept most of the plates clear of condensation.
You will likely need to wait several hours for the plates to set. I usually leave them overnight and use them the next day at the earliest.

Once it's pressure cooked you can pour it once it cools down, but if you let it solidify then melted in a pot of water that's fine too.
The condensation should go away, i stack my plates and leave two unused petri dishes with agar on top of the stack so only the top two plates should have condensation remaining.
Once there solid you can inoculate them anytime:)

Thanks for the quick reply. I left them in stacks, as high as my SAB would allow, lifting each from the bottom and working up. Maybe because they were small stacks about 8 each, idk. I'll check them in a few hours but might nocc later tonight. 2pm here atm

Condensation is usually ok, it just makes it harder to look through the lid. If it's too much it can flood the plate and carry around contaminants that might be at the edge of the dish, but if it's just little droplets it's more of an aesthetic problem. If you have so much it means that you poured too hot. Agar solidifies in the 32-40 °C range, I usually pour mine at around 42 and get no condensation. Don't get impatient when cooling it down before the pour, set up a water bath and let it come down to temperature, it will take a while but will be worth it.
You can wait an hour or two after you pour to make sure that it's all cooled down. I usually pour mine in the evening and work the next morning or vice versa.
I know you didn't ask, but if you are sterilizing your agar in the PC (which you should) you don't really need to melt the agar first if you are working with small quantities. Just mix it well and the heat of the PC will take care of it. If you are making larger amounts, you can totally just boil it on the stove directly then pour in the bottle you'll be using to sterilize it, as if you were making jello, it's not that delicate

My first batches I cooked the agar let it cool overnight then melt on the stove in a pot of water, it's more work than needed a microwave is faster. If you live in the USA then you probably have a big enough microwave but I do not mine really is a micro-microwave lol
Now I let the pc cool for 20 mins then take out media bottle and submerge it up to agar line in boiled water and checking the temperature regularly until its around 45-50c
