Please help me 1

My grow has lasted quite some time and I feel like maybe its been too long.
I inoculated about 6-7 weeks ago but the room temperature hasn't been as high as I wanted it to be. I have no way to control the temp aside from the radiator. I'm still waiting for my jars to consolidate but there are some red flags for me.

1, it looks like a mushroom has tried to grow in a jar (there are 2 pics of this). Is this because theyve taken so long to grow?
2, I can't tell in some jars if it is mycelial growth or mold? No bad smells though.
3, Why hasn't it become a camembert-like mass by now?
What can I do guys?
I'm stuck in the house with nothing but food, water and my mushrooms to take care of. I really really don't want to lose this batch.
Please help.
Thank you.

They kinda look like they'll fall apart if I dunk and roll them though? I thought they had to look much more like a camembert?

Stupidly I haven't purchased anything to make my SFC, so I really hope the hardware store will be open. Fingers crossed.

Thank you so much!
What would be the ideal litre box for 6 jars?

Had to look up "camembert". You are right, they do look off. Upon closer inspection, it appears you have a bacterial infection (RIP Dr. Suess).
I wouls rinse them off real good before dunking them and rolling them, but they should stay together after birthing.

They looks slimely, a sign of baterial. They shouks have a little amount of water droplets and have dry-looking mycelium.
But a simple washing off of the cakes with warm water should do the trick.

Thanks for the advice. I'll do my best to keep them going.
I'm planning on using a 110L box, reckon that would do the trick?

In that pic doesn’t the myc jumping into the coir prevent pinning?
Lol I just looked up Camembert also, pretty good comparison. I think it depends on the type of myc you have though, and the cakes I did seemed to get that look mostly after birthing.

This was an experiment to see if the myc network would rehydrate with balance or if cakes would get soaked and get sick, it proved to be a mistake and cakes got sick, some did better than others but it's a bad option. And I advise against it that's why in the OP says to isolate cakes from the coir.

Oh that’s a cool idea though. It would’ve been awesome if they fruited but sucked water up from the coir.
I wonder if you could have put the little bit of colonized coir into a jar of water so it didn’t have anything to colonize but could suck water up for the cake. Like hydro for plants.

Myc will only colonize coir if the network is based on a nutrient source like BRF cakes in this case. Without nutrients it will only be a short flimsy crawl and sudden stop
