Mycelium or something else

First of all to let you know I’m new. Long time follower first time on the forum. I like to think I have a pretty good knowledge when it comes to these things and yet I am on the fence with this one. I had some spore syringes with some left overs and decided to try out agar. Malt extract was used, in jars short of anything better so these pics will be hard to decipher so I might have to sacrifice one to the gods for a better picture if need be. I used 12 jars and 8 are fine... possibly. The others have been since discarded. Anyway my question is in a nutshell is this mycelium or possible something else. It doesn’t have the standard mycelium look I see in my jars and bags is why I ask. I apologize for the jars it was all I had and there hard to see I know.

Not sure what your lid setup is on those but it looks like fuzzy oxygen hungry multispore mycelium. Do a few transfers to new agar and see how it goes.

My lids are airtight. I was unaware do they need filter holes? If so that is probably what’s going on then. Funny all the kids actually have filter patched holes already I just covered them

Here’s a better picture of a differ container but same looking mycelium. Jars have been growing upside down due to condensation.

They do like to have some gas exchange. I use the synthetic filter disk lid and ring setup. Micropore tape can work too. They don't look bad though.

What happened to this one? Because I got a growth that looks exactly like this. Did it turn out to be myc for you? This is how mine looks:

PS! just saw that your thread is new, I was using the search option and thought it was an old thread.

It is the lighting in the picture because the substance in all jars has the same exact white fluffy appearance. I have thought about it and I believe it may have that fluffy appearance because it is ps. gallindoi and ps. Tampanensis, they have different mycelial structures or so I have read somewhere on the forum. Last night I sterilized a scalpel in a clean box and did a transfer to a millet bag and put it in incubation so we shall see soon.
