look on the nutritional label? It has no carbs. Its just pig skin that's deep fried.

i read some stuff saying Atkins himself had heart problems from too much cholestertol. I'm gonna try this for 2 weeks, should be enough time to see results.

Yeah, there's more to Atkins than just avoiding carbs, as you know.
Plus the whole avoiding them completely thing is just for the first phase.

If I thought I wanted to go on a similar diet, I'd probably go with South Beach, since it involvings reducing the amount of carbs and limiting oneself to certain kinds.

adding more foods to the list:

Just made chicken from the can (like tuna, cept chicken)

and put some cheddar cheese on it, and pepper, and zapped it, ate it with some salad, delicious.

Better watch the pepper, it's mostly carbs
I have never heard of canned chicken, is it popular? Is it in water or oil?

You can try some sugar free jello with whipped cream, beef jerky, strawberries are pretty low in carbs, but I'm not sure if you can have them on induction. There are also some low carb candy bars, cookies and gummi bears. I don't recall the brand name, but they come wrapped in blue paper, and are sold in CVS, Rite Aid and Duane Reade. CarbWise bars are also good. The Atkins shakes are tasty and good for breakfast.
There's a store by me called Sugaree Express and they sell NO carb sliced bread and bagels.
Good luck to you

Induction is very restrictive.....if it's not eggs, cheese, meat, of fish don't eat it.

the diet does work very well, let me know if you need any information.

yeah, but don't drink too much alcohol.

low carb milk is good too.

pork rinds are you friends!

pork rinds and some tabasco...YUM!

you should check out Trader Joes...

they have lots of prepackaged, marinated
meats...chicken and beef...that are tastey
and easy to prepare.

did you ever figure out the whey thing?

I couldn't find any concrete information about
it anywhere....
