If you like live music influenced by psychedelics, consider checking out this live set by Nodens Ictus (side project of Ozric Tentacles). It's on the same levels as Shpongle, Shulman etc. Guitar and keyboards collide with so much detail and so many layers. Great production for a live set too (even considering this isnt FLAC/WAV). Highly recommended!

Jimi Hendrix's later live music, when he was recording in a more funk/soul style with the Band of Gypsys. The Grateful Dead is also quite nice and mellow, good for the comedown of a trip. Much of my favorite music for tripping is by artists who weren't into that scene, though, like fusion-era Miles Davis and Frank Zappa. In any case, much of the music in my tripping playlist uses the studio as an instrument, or has intricate production at the very least. Layers of beautifully-crafted sound are the perfect soundtrack for layers of altered perception

Zappa kick ass! A real genius. Speaking of Zappa, RIP to Frank Zappa the old shroomery member. Miles Davis is awesome too. Gotta love Jazz!
If you have any favorite live Grateful Dead sets, feel free to share them! I am not a know-it-all when it comes to The Dead, but I sure do enjoy their stuff. I'd love to hear some of your favorites from them.

I hear about this band a lot from Dead/Phish heads. If you care to post some of your favorites, I'd definitely check em out! Cheers.

Max Cooper Live - dense electronic textures and colorful melodies. Also great visuals in all of his videos, so his live visuals are really neat too. Check it out if ya never heard of him...

Oneohtrix Point Never - this dude is one of the most experimental producers I know in electronic music. He produced the OSTs for Uncut Gems & Good Time, and recently worked with The Weeknd on his new album, but he's been making top notch, super experimental ambient music. If you produce music, I really recommend hearing this guy and paying attention to the level of details. Anyway, another highly recommended set...

Love this song:
Man, it didn't click who Dub FX was for me until I was watching the video suggested earlier. Then I realized I remember seeing his street performance of "love someone" so long ago and thinking that dude mastered the loop pedals. Crazy to see how far he's come; from the street to a packed crowd like that. Talented dude for sure!

Frank Zappa live from "A Token Of His Extreme" - Lots of color and humor in his music. The musicianship is always top notch. I love this entire concert and wish there was a continuous video but i'll just post a couple songs from the show and you can seek it out if interested..

Hell yeah man. That 7 minutes went by pretty quick! Haha. Im digging it though. Good vibes and production quality and the band is pretty tight together. I can see this making it into a certain playlist for certain moods/times. I'll have to dig deeper with them, but feel free to post more!

Some of their more popular long jams Off the top of my head you can search on are: In the Kitchen Higgins Utopian Fir Ringo Remind me All in time Bridgeless
And my favorite by them is No Diablo
It’s not a long jam though just a really well written tune, I love a good arrangement!

King Crimson - some of the latest tours have featured 3 world class drummers, and the way they are placed in the mix is really neat and creative. One is mixed to the left speaker, one in the center, one in the right speaker. This creates such a cool effect for how they compliment each other. And then obviously Robert Fripp's masterful guitar and song writing at play. The band has been killing it for the past few years, breathing new life into their music.
Indiscipline (a 3 way drum solo mixed in with song)
