You put spores into your LC? Try working with agar first.

Yes i know, best is to put a plate of agar into LC. as more spore prints then i can use just went for it.
is this rdy to pull up into syringe or do i need to wait more for doing a test jar?
Black dots a spore not germinated yet, spore syringe was pretty thicky and used 2ml.
When im not stirring it always clumps all together at bottom, rest of the liquid in jar is clear compared to first day when it was abit foggy.

Syringe to LC is always a big gamble. Myc being lazy and hanging at the bottom of the jar is usually a bad sign. I preach the "Josex Poke" for nearly flawless execution of LCs... takes a little longer to get your culture growing, but it's almost impossible to fuck it up (I'm a novice and I still fuck up a lot, but not my LCs). If you have some free time to read, the tek is here:

Would you even get visible mycelium after 1 day, or even 4, using spores?
Its possible to make a clean LC with spores. Ive done it myself the one time I made some LCs. 2 out of 3 of them ended up clean (though that would be terrible odds on a large scale).
Im no LC expert, at all, so take it with a grain of salt, but those black dots dont look good imo. But maybe Im wrong.

I always go from syringes to LC and have never had an issue. It looks ok to me, pretty fast at 4 days. You will see spores for a while that haven’t turned white fuzzy cloud, but the longer they sit they will.

black dots are spores, for every day that goes less of the black dots. cloud of mycellium is growing pretty hard for everyday and liquid is visually alot clearer now.
So hopeing for the best

doing spore to lc is hit or miss. you could be spreading a contam and not know it.
if you end up getting any fruits, set up a SAB or clean work environment and transfer a slice of tissue from the inside of the mushroom to LC if you don't have access to tissue to agar

my work space is good, im working with flowhood with HEPA filter. Rarely had any problem with spore syringes.
Yes, will try to do biopsy transfer to LC also.

Look at the water level in the picture. There's what appears to be a nice chunk of mold sporelating. I would toss and try again. Spores to LC is always a crap shoot. Better to see it here than after weeks of colonization.
