First grow and a question! 3 weeks since inoculation, BRF tek, GT 1

Hello everyone. I recently learned that this was even a thing, and within 24 hours had ordered some syringes! I am following EvilMushroom666's BRF TEK I found here on the forum with a couple minor tweaks from others.
3 weeks since inoculation, and things are looking good to my untrained eye. One thing I need some advice on: My jars are colonizing very unevenly. The one in the foreground is about 80% covered, the one in the back about 10%. My guess is that I injected unevenly... No matter how I shook I could not get even distribution in the syringe.
So my question is about the timing of the birth / dunk / roll / transfer to fruiting chamber when my jars are all going to be ready at different times. Should I birth each one as they are ready? If my slowest jars are lagging by a week or two can my fully colonized ones wait that long?
Thanks in advance friends!

It's normal that it grows in uneven times but don't shake them. You wanna wait till they reach 100% colonization, then let them sit for one week in the jar to consolidate. Then you remove them, brush off the loose verm, submerge dunk in water for 24hrs, then roll in dry verm, place them in your fruiting chamber on a lid, mist and fan as needed. If they're done in different times then you'll just be doing this in different times. They look great good job!

Nice work
Yes, birth each jar as its ready. Dont rush your other cakes if they arent ready. Its not worth it.

Thank you both for the advice!
I will let my babies ride until they are ready and then birth them as needed. This has been a really fun experience so far! And luckily I bought a liter of ISO Alcohol before the world went crazy, haha...
I have another syringe (Penis Envy) waiting in the wings if all goes well, then I am going to try my hand at a monotub / grain jar.
