so i live in middle europe and im looking for weeks,i got everything else to set up my flowhood apart from a prefilter first of all, i realize there are plenty furnace filters on amazon and ebay but the shipping prices are tremendous, double the cost of the filter also i dont want to wait 2-3 weeks now... im looking for something easy and fast to accuire here, with LOW air resistance i found plenty of /car/motor/vacuum cleaner/ filters but i dont know a damn about the air resistance of theese things, even worse its not shown anywhere, since they are all made for a specific device. Any help is appreciated!

I use a HEPA filter replacement for air purifiers as a prefilter. They have like 99.97 filter accuracy which catches a LOT of shit so my main filter will be basically forever living.
You can get these on ebay for example maybe look at this I use similar one: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Levoit-Air-Purifier-Lv-Pur131-Replacement-Filter-True-Hepa-And-Activated-Carbon/401845990431?hash=item5d8fe3341f:g:MhMAAOSwHqddUl1O
One thing to keep in mind that they have quite a bit of resistance so make sure your fan or blower is strong enough

I think what your looking for is a panelfilter, might find some with the local translation. Or google airfilter businesses, thesetype of filters should be pretty common for businesses, but are not really sold to consumers much over here.

Am I dumb to just use a filter meant for stove vents, for the oil etc? Not sure if it's polyester or something like that, also not sure if this happens to be similar to such a panelfilter DM is talking about. I just thought it would help to prevent basic things like household dust from crapping my flowhood.
But I guess the more fine your prefilter the more particles you would catch, saving your flowhood but also how higher the static pressure (resistance).
