First run with some questions

So I eagerly jumped into my new cultivation experience. Though I have several questions and will probably come up with more as time goes so here goes...
I started my first 7 jars from spore syringes. Took one jar and did grain to grain and put the other six in a fruiting chamber.
Here is that batch. Heating pad around the base fish tank pump. This is 21 days into it.

So about 1.5 weeks in I had a power outage. For a few days the heating blanket was off so the temp was fairly cold.
Thoughts and or suggestions on this batch?
I also have 7 jars ready to go as well. Two of which have performed invitro. Can the ivitro jars still be used for grain to grain transfers?
What temp should I keep mycelium cakes growing at if I do that grain to grain transfer?

Interesting setup.. Im wondering if u keep the lid on? Or if it gets enough FAE..
Usually when I see cakes they get rolled in vermiculite to help maintain good surface conditions..
My suggestions would be to build a SGFC for fruiting.. and if theyre whole grain and not brown rice flour I would consider just break down the other jars to tubs (just preference).. u can probably do another g2g if it's still clean..
temps around 70-75° is good during colonization and fruiting

Idk if that setups gonna do it for you.
I’d either make a real chamber or shred to bulk. Or even put them back in the jar and topfruit.
The buckets gonna be real hard to get both conditions and light on point.

SGFC for the win with cakes, every time.
That setup is going to probably have made those cakes unsuitable for bulk shredding, but you can try I suppose.

Solo, yes I keep a dome on it, just took it off for foto op.
I have a SGFC ready for the next set of jars!!!
I am wondering if I can salvage this lot and any suggestions to doing so.
Also, Im going to to g2g tonight on some jars so hopefully in a few weeks I should have about 21.
Also, is there a method to do g2g in larger sizes. What I mean is, g2g to pint jars is tedious. Are there ways to make larger substrates?
