Near oak trees on foot path besides a local highway
Cap and stem both grey to whiteish with a mostly grey overtone or glow-like appearance. Up to about 3 inches tall.  In the Gulf Coast state LA, growing near tall grass in soil densely packed. Have a strangely lingering odor kind of mushroom-sy and minty.
Unknown gill color or spore print. If I guessed it would be grey colored gills but I have t seen them

Are You Sure These Aren't Growing From Old Dung That Has Sunken Down Into The Ground?

They Definitely Look To Be A Panaeolus Species, I'm Thinking Panaeolus (Copelandia) Cyanescens.

Did You Find These In The Same General Area You Find P.Cubensis? You Should Pick Them & See If The Stems Bruise Blueish.

My guess is Entoloma actually, I didn’t find them in the same general area as the p. cubensis.  And I have not found any Panaeolus cyanescens at this spot either
Looks like the stem of an Entoloma .  I see a difference between Pan cyans and these though.  I’ll make sure to post plenty when I find more.  Likely in the spring and I wanna say 100 % for sure in the fall
