Recipes for sugar free edibles?

I'm on a diet that's worked pretty well for me, basically keeping of the sugar and small amounts of flour, but most of the edibles that work for me are sweets, because they're small enough to just grab on the go, but big enough to lower the dose in a consistent way. I'm pretty light weight and probably won't need a lot of it, so if it stores well that's another plus.
Does anybody know of any recipes for edibles that would satisfy these characteristics? I'm thinking maybe making crackers, I'd just take any recipe and substitute the sugar for something else, but my sister (who loves baking) has told me that switching sugar for a substitute changes pastries a lot (unfortunately she's against my cannabis use, so asking her probably isn't a good idea).

3gs of shatter decarbed then add 20ml of grapeseed oil once all disolved put in eyedropper bottle and fill remaining of bottle with more grapeseed oil, one dropper is roughly 100mg, ive added up to 12gs of shatter to a bottle and it mixes no problem, dont do that much tho unless ur experienced with edibles, can be a bit overwhelming , but thats when weed starts to show its true pshycadelic colours
Ive had bottles sit around for months and no loss in potency or rancidness

Thanks! I tried doing that with an ethanol extraction I did and coconut oil, but it didn't really dissolve as well as I would have liked. It did work, but it wasted a lot of extract. Do you heat the shatter so it'll dissolve easier or am I gonna have to find some (overpriced) shatter?

Btw substituting flower for almond flower and sugar for sweeteners like erythritol, stevia, xylitol etc.. works pretty well. This website has a lot of great recipes that utilize this.
Thanks, I'll give it a shot! I was kinda skeptical about making those since I'm not sure how consistently the oil will mix into the gelatin, is there a trick to it or do I just whisk real long/hard?

I usualy decarb the shatter in a 4 oz mason jar in a oil bath at 250 after that its pretty oily and will disolve at room temp over a couple hours , or u can heat it a bit to speed it up , no need to buy expensive shit any shatter/wax will do
To decarb jst heat at 250 til the extract stops bubbling, u can add the extract to the oil to begin with but i find it never decarbs fully and wont be as potent , best to decarb first then mix

You said you made an ethanol extraction. Are you talking about an active tincture? Like, decarbed weed soaked in grain alcohol. store it in a dropper bottle, and put that into cups of coffee. Add milk to mask bitterness. Just curious why you don't just use that as a sugar free method etc. Is it because it's a liquid? Not as convenient as a piece of candy if you're not at home though I suppose. Those tiny Tabasco bottles are a fun way to carry a dose around.

Have u considered cooking with cannabis, i.e. entrée meals?
One of my favorite edible meals is Herb Mac n Cheese.

I made an oil out of it, ethanol on its own burns and I don't really like it. The oil works great but it's not as satisfying as an edible.

I tend to eat different amounts depending on when I have a chance to eat, that and me cooking in bulk every couple of days makes it hard to consistently dose, a great option for the weekend though!

Yeah, it would have to be an on-the-fly meal, not pre-prepared beforehand.
