Auto fem zkittles, trainwreck, & king banana

Ok so this is my 3rd grow. I have 9 plants. 2 auto feminized zkittles 2 auto feminized trainwreck 2 auto feminized king banana 2 slurricane 1 random

I just switched it to 12/12. I ordered the zkittles and got trainwreck as freebies. The king banana was out of a bud, same with slurricane. They was like 2-3 seeds in an OZ.
The autos been showing signs of flowers for about a week. Figure I'd just go ahead and set them all to flower. I don't have much headroom so I'm going with LST or sea of green. I don't really know what I'm doing. Both last grows had their own issues. Gnats were so bad last grow. They ended up hermies. Dank ass bud. With seeds. So I am learning.

Puttng those autos on 12/12 is really hurting the yield. Lights are a little far and and oscillating fan is much more useful. What are you runnig like 500 watt LED?

He's right. I would do at least do 16/8, or a full 24/0 with autos. I'd also pull that light down as much as you can without burning the tops. Other than that, they loo great man

300w I thought the light cycle doesn't matter with autos?. I already switched it and the other3 plants are normal. So it's not good if I switch back is it?

It does matter with autos, as they really need no rest cycle. You can get a better yield giving them more hours of light
Since you have regular photo-period plants flowering too, you might as well just keep the same lighting schedule.
At first, I thought you were growing all autos. This is why I made my first statement.
I'm sure you'll still get a decent harvest with the autos, regardless, so keep us posted

Personally I would only grow 1 or two plants with 300 watts. Is it warm enough to flower the autos outside? You can put your 12/12 cyle at night. And bring your autos out durring the day and back into that led at night. it would also give your photo period plants the sweet spot under your lowered light.

Yeah, even my 1000 watt LED that I sold recently, was only sufficient enough for one plant.

I have no experience flowering under LED. I have flowered under 250 MH, 400MH and 1000 HPS. I would imagine you can pull off two decent plants with a 1000 watt LED.( I'm running 2k just for spring seedlings) I mean no disrespect to the OP, just trying to help you maximize your potential. It comes down to would rather 8 sub par nugs or 1 or 2 pristine samples.

Yeah, I might have been able to do a couple of small plants.
I just didn't like the loud fans and the spike in my electricity bill, so mine had to go!
I couldn't even hear my damn TV because of how loud the fans were, and the dang thing was shut up in my closet!

Well my last grow I had 3 good plants under the same light. I also have a 1000w led but this 300w is better I think. It's working really well so far even on my last. I thought about putting the other led in there also.
Even tho they turned hermie last time the nugs from all 3 were dank as fuck. So I don't really doubt the light. Maybe for as many plants as I have yeah but I know it can do 3 for sure

Ok. OP update. Put my other light in there. It was sold as 1000w. The 300w came with tent. I don't see this 1000w ( purplish) doing as well as the disco ball looking LEDs

But idk. I never used it really. We'll all see.

Be wary of advertised wattage ratings on cheaper LEDs. 1000w is likely the model number, and the actual draw is probably around 100 watts. With blurples you want about 50 actual watts/sqft.
If you want better yields, I suggest upgrading to quantum boards. Your tent looks like a 2x4, so for that space I would recommend 2 qb96 elite engines on an hlg-320h-54a. You'll have to do some minor assembly and wiring, but it's fairly simple.
Another option would be the mars tsl 2000. I'd avoid the older mars stuff, but the ts and the sp series seem to perform well enough.
There are more options if you delve into the DIY world, such as strip builds, but that takes more labor and planning.

I know my lED was an expensive one, and it was a 1000 watt.
I pay my electricity bill by the day, and normally my bill is about three or so dollars daily.
On the days I ran my LED, my electricity bill spiked all the way up to five to six dollars a day!
This is the main reason why I sold my LED, and just went back to cheap Fluorescent, and LED Shop-lights.

When i dont grow my own good bud I spend $200 a week on ganja . So i can justify $3 a day

Makes sense, but I'm really strictly an outdoor grower only.
I only got it to do my seedlings, and a couple of small cannabis plants, which turned out not so good, so it wasn't worth the extra spike in my electricity bill.
People growing solely cannabis indoors probably would be better off than I was.
I was just stating how that LED's claim to be more energy efficient than other types of lighting, when in fact they aren't at all.
Well, At least in my case they weren't.
Right now, I have three four foot shop lights going, and one four foot LED shop light, and my electricity bill still stays exactly the same.

For they work good enough? My electric bill is slightly over double than it was last year. It's been this way since I started to use my tent with lights and exhaust and fan. Plus when I run dehydrator and flow hood on top all of that. It's been a scare of mine for past 2 months. I have 5 kids living with me and they each have their own tv and video game system. Plus wife. How can I justify the doubling of power consumption? Now I added the extra light!!!

Run exhaust fan only when needed. Put oscillating fan on timer, you can cut electric usage down 20% with timers.
