Pain walking on my right leg on any moderate+ pysch dose

Every single time I trip on a moderate dose or higher I get pain in the back of my right leg only if I walk on it. I can never figure out exactly where it's coming from. On very high doses walking is extremely uncomfortable due to this effect (not like I'm trying to walk much anyways though)
Anyone else experience anything similar? My leg feels 100% normal not tripping.

Any psych in particular? I saw a post of a dude a couple weeks back, talking about how 1P-LSD caused him to lose function in one of his legs. He apparently went through all this shit with it. Who knows if it was directly related to the 1P or not? I just wanted to throw that out there. Hope things get better for ya buddy. Safe travels.

Nope. 3g+ shrooms and 300ug+ acid will do it for me. I've had it less but still noticeable on mesc. 100% normal during the comeup and comedown. So odd.

Not heard of that one, KJ, sorry. Only thing I can add, and you already know this, is that especially during mushrooms (haven’t taken acid for 30 years so won’t comment on that) your senses are heightened so you really notice minor stuff much more. It sounds like it’s pretty consistent every time you trip, so putting this out there; are you 100% sure your right leg is fine when you’re not tripping?
Take care DJ Ed

100% fine walking for hours sober. Maybe I have lasting damage from an injury I forgot about? It doesn’t feel like injury pain - it feels like unexplainable nerve pain. Idk how to describe it - but in any case it *only* occurs while walking, too.

Yeah, it has to be an underlying issue, KJ, that the mushrooms are making you aware of. Go and get yourself checked out, if that’s feasible at the moment.

While I ain’t an MD, I HAVE done my fair share of self medicating. Weird aches come with the territory.
Certain drugs (psychedelics ESPECIALLY, along with speed, ecstasy, cocaine, a full pot of highly caffeinated coffee, etc.) tend to make me and my muscles tense up in unusual and unfamiliar places. Sometimes I can catch it and try to calm my muscles down, other times I’m so blitzed (ESPECIALLY with psychedelics) that I’m totally unaware I’ve been flexing and tensing weird muscles and musculature until something hurts. Maybe while you’re sitting your muscles are tweaking out without you really being aware of it until you stand up?
And again, I’m not a doctor, but psychedelics can do weird things with blood pressure, which can cause all sorts of odd sensations throughout the body.
Probably nothing to worry about, but go see a doc if you’re truly concerned. Mention the drug use.

This happens to me too at times, most notably on 4-aco. From what I've read most psychs have a vasoconstriction factor to them, what you're feeling is your muscles getting tight from decreased bloodflow and possibly being somewhat dehydrated. Maybe try gulping down a bottle or 2 of water and see if that helps on your next adventure

Update:
About 5 days ago, walking for a few hours (I absolutely love walking + listening to music, genuinely one of my favorite activities) I noticed the pain had re-appeared as a mild annoyance. I came down with flu-like symptoms the next day (dw I'm feeling healthy again ) which made all of my muscles feel sore. At that point, walking on my leg actually became a little painful. I looked up my symptoms and it seems like I had extremely mild tendonitis from overuse.
Perfect timing with the flu, right? I didn't walk on it for two days which seems to have healed it. Gonna walk very little for a bit so it doesn't reappear.
Now the absolutely ridiculous thing is that I felt this pain (intensely!) on shrooms two months ago. Two fucking months ago! Now I'm wondering whether tripping a few times a year could actually allow people to spot cancer or other potential problems in time to save their life.
Anyone know if this idea been talked about / studied? I couldn't find anything.

There’s got to be some mileage in it, KJ. We were discussing how mushrooms can make you sensitive to really “minor” stuff you are usually unaware of.

There is definitely something to be said about muscle tension and issues that may result from it.
But yes. The shroomery and the shroom turn out to be right, again.

at this point, one of your legs is weaker than the other, if it is important enough you can get physio, otherwise, you may notice some habits you could change, like which side do you lean on, i.e. do you usually straighten one leg and lower the other hip for a casual stance? (v. common) see if it's always the same side...
see which leg you stand on first when getting out of a chair...
there are many habits that can make one leg weaker than the other and a long walk will highlight the difference (or a shroom trip I guess)

Neither one of my legs should be weaker. The "injury" was super super mild, and I wasn't walking on either of my legs while I was sick. I'm def not walking weirdly

My wife used to get the worst pains in her arm when she tripped on cid. She broke her back years before and has nerve issues so we think it had something to do with that. Have you ever had any nerve issues?

No nerve issues. It really just felt like a pulled muscle when I wasn't tripping.
