So i woke up this morning to what appears to be cobweb mold. Can i do something to save this tub? Can i scrape it out? Spray with peroxide? Or just leave it?

I am no expert but it looks like it's already spreading on the left side. If you are going to try to save the box do it quickely.
Just out of curiosity, do you have miceopore tape or anything covering those holes? I imagine the spores could have floated in if not.

I’d keep it growing to see what it does and how fast it spreads. Post another pic tomorrow and the next day and we shall see what happens. Keep it away from your main grow area though.

Prob black pin mold. That shit is so fast there’s no saving it. It’ll be all over the surface and covered in little black dots within a day.

Fungal pathogens move super quick, and I hate to say it, but the best bet is to throw it out and sterilize the shit out of the tub. Peroxide solution wouldn’t help it at this point since it’s past its infancy within the grain. The mycelium showing the darker portion indicates a sign of the mold compromising the grow, which is therefore not a symptom of a pathogen. A symptom would mean it would have the chance of somehow being saved or transferred successfully after its conditions have been adjusted to meet the spawn’s standards. Personally I’d throw it away just in case scrapes on the bottom or side found a way to nestle the mold within it until you try to grow again in that same tub. Start fresh, It’s a learning process so don't get frustrated😇

3% hydrogen peroxide spray can be effective at keeping cobweb mold at bay. I've used it myself with good results. Dont need to use too much. But guess it depends if that's what it is. It sort of looks like cobweb from the pic.

NOOB - TAKE WITH SOME SALT:
Hard to tell from the pic, but the fuzzy grey stuff that I’ve dealt with SO FAR has been knocked down by a single and generous city-tap-water misting (gentle but generous.) Does your sub seem dry?
In my limited experience, what I’ve initially thought to be cobweb/mold turned out to be either A. Thirsty mycelium, B. Healthy myc that just grew a little differently, or 3. Some other weak mold/fungus that was easily neutralized with plain old city water (YMMV.)
You may have cobweb (or some other thing) but give ‘er ONE good, generous mist and wait a day or two.

If it’s cobweb mold it occurred due to lack of air flow. Not to say you should add a fan or anything, but don’t keep your tubs to tightly closed.
Other option is it’s a completely different type of mold that hasn’t sporulated yet.
What I can tell you positively is that it’s a contaminant. Not cubensis mycelium, and not healthy. Adding water to it is most likely a bad idea. Just think about how mild grows for second (warm and damp)
