SAB works just as good. Slow movements and don't put your hands of the dish. I will transfer from the parent plate several times over the course of weeks until it pins. Then I will transfer a pin for cloning.

Why is it good to clone pins from agar? Bod said it as well in his agar write-up. How do we know that that pin will grow big/fast?
