Oyster identification

Hi,
I'm following up on a post of mine from yesterday that I should have raised in this forum instead of on gourmet, sorry.
https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/26540721
I bought some Golden Oyster LC from a vendor and this is what the fruits now look like today, presumably they are not very far from maturity.

The thing is, I'm not convinced they are Golden Oyster. Perhaps the appearence is due to the fruiting conditions. Indoor, SGFC, lid was 80% on during pinning; yesterday and today, completely off. There's a fan in the room, on 24/7. 6500k LED lighting 12/12.
Yesterday I was thinking these were perhaps King Oyster, but today the caps now look different to those of the KOs that I've grown previously under similar indoor conditions.
There's a hint of yellow developing on the fringe, but nothing like I was expecting.
I don't mean to trouble anyone, I'm already indebted to the many times I've received good advice on here. It's just that I'm terrified of consuming anything that I'm unsure of.
Is there a trusted identifier who might be able to help me, please? Is there anything similar-looking that is even mildly toxic?
Thank you so much!

They look similar to Pleurotus eryngii, in my opinion.

Thank you. It's odd because that's not one of the species that the vendor supplies on their website. I'm kinda happy with KO though, it's no big deal if there's been a supply error.
But just to put my mind at rest... is there anything similar-looking that might be harmful if eaten?
Thanks again
