There's still people retarding traffic.
Traffic has lightened up a lot due to people losing jobs. But that doesn't stop dumb fucks who apparently have undiagnosed asburgers while sitting behind a steering wheel. <-- prejudiced
I know, I know, none of you who I get behind will ever see this, but take this as a lesson from another pissed off monkey. If there's no cars in front of you, get out of the fucking fast lane!
I'm getting sick of retards who drive slow then when I go to pass on the right, speed up.
Arrghhh.

I went out to a small local grocery store yesterday to grab water and milk. The amount of people taking lefts with no directional, fucking up 4 way stops, and all around not looking at all = WTF.

If I see a car weaving in and out of traffic in a 30-35mph zone and coming up quick behind me, I will sometimes block the hell out of them and stay with the car beside me in a 2 lane road. I WILL NOT let you pass for as long as I can, lol. Slow down! Also if someone is trying to pass a long line of cars and the lane merges ahead, and I see them coming up, I'll block the 2 lanes and will not let them pass and jump the line. Safe drivers, are patient drivers.

I think OP is probably talking about a high speed road where it's completely reasonable to want the fast lane to be clear

If there are multiple lanes they are all meant to be used up to the point of the merge, at which time a 'zipper-merge' is used to evenly combine the traffic from both lanes. This was the intention with which the road was designed and what the traffic planning intended. By artificially closing a lane, people just aggravate the traffic backup.

Yeah bud way to block the flow of traffic, you know, that's the entire purpose of having a second/passing lane.
You're totally shouldering everyone's safety by aggravating a crazy driver in a confined space, for a prolonged distance, too.

I'm talking about a construction site mainly and the merge being visible a long way back and those assholes who zoom up to zipper in ahead of the traffic causing more of a delay. I rarely do it these days, I'm more mellow now, but on occasion I do. One time a guy tried to pass me in the middle turning lane on my left after he was blocked from weaving in and out of 2 lanes (city, so the 2 lanes aren't really for speeding up and passing, obey the speed limits bitches, lol), and there was a guy with a bicycle there crossing between traffic, they almost hit them! So yeah, he was at fault, but so was I for blocking the bitch. I haven't done much blocking since then. I'm not an angry driver though. I get frustrated and such sometimes, but now I leave well ahead of time to get where I need/want to be. If there's traffic, c'est la vie!

Who the hell do you think you are, dude? What if that person has an emergency? What if their wife is in the backseat about to deliver a child? THINK.
What if that person is a lunatic, and is ready to shoot the next person who challenges them on the road? You gonna lay down your life to make a stupid point?

You're neither a safe driver or a patient driver. People like you are the reason why most accidents, and confrontations happen on the road.

The merge point is chosen by the construction company. The lane should not be empty because it should be fully utilized by being just as full of traffic as the other lane. The fact that is empty speaks to the ignorance of the population at large.

Yeah intentionally antagonizing people on the road is a recipe for bad things happening.

They picked it up to 180 + kph
I was just chilling out posting on the shroomery. Never got back in that car.
