There's a curfew in Jersey?

PA is shutting down all non-essential public facing businesses, but we don't have a curfew yet. NJ is so densely populated that I don't really blame them. I bet traffic is a nightmare.

You would think so, but not really.  Even during rush hour up here traffic moves at least 25mph.  I remember on 76 in Philly it would be stopped for 5 min then go for 2 seconds.  It's weird.  I even see people do the perfect zipper merge up here.

Lots of people use cauliflower/cheese/egg doughs.
You could also use a baking substitute - 1:1 with flour (usually have tapioca or some other binder.

Nothing better than homemade sourdough though...
If you are not completely celiac...we have found that long ferments of wheat cause no harmful effects (allergy/mucus/etc.). it's the old school way.

Lots of people are allergic to the current industrial bread, but not the real deal.

Sourdough is my next culinary endeavor.  I'm gonna get myself a nice cast iron dutch oven and start making my own.  It looks too easy not to and the loaves always look so beautiful.

Looks like a good start to a garden and ghost peppers nice! Not really into the whole virus thing IMO its WAY overblown but if i didn't still have a foot of snow or better on the ground the garden idea sounds about right :goodluck:

I started two years ago. My friend bought me a cast iron dutchy last year; game changer.

Michael Pollans book set me aflame. Also do a bit of kombucha, hot sauce, and other fermented treats. PM me if you want to chat bread. Ha. Tons of recipes online.

I don't now, but it was helpful to measure ingredients to the gram (when beginning). You would be surprised how much variation you can get with a measuring cup. Or perhaps you live on the other side of the pond and already know that.

Fucking surekill expressway.

I remember one time in peak rush hour traffic there was a huuuuge fire just raging off the highway, and the firetrucks could not for the life of them get through. Fucking nightmare.

I can get through Philly rush hour with my eyes closed and not kill any cyclists to boot, but idk what it is about NJ - maybe I'm used to nonsensical and backwater roads, but I drive like a granny compared to everyone else the minute I cross state lines, and yet over here I drive like I'm...from New Jersey . It's a blood sport over there :uhoh:

It's always busy.  You can be coming home from somewhere at like 3am and there's traffic.

The panic is getting real.
People on the train would rather me let out a loud fart than a subtle cough😷

Here's something to wind your panic: a COVID patient exhaling is already contagious, and it stays airborne for hours.

I've read an article where they were testing the surfaces of quarantined patients before and after cleaning and they found it in fecal matter all over the bathroom so along with that unpleasant smell say hello :fart: to your new COVID-19 friend...

Nice garden man! :bliss: :sunny:

Its hobbie time! Ive been working on shroom growing stuff. I developed a method to print high-purity spore prints :awesome:

Ive been also working on a MG seed extraction using Monarch 151 Rum. Im on my second trial. Dr00g experiments FTW.

Also just finished my 3D printer. Had to wait WEEKS to get a part i was missing then found out the seller bailed out :wtfsonic: But found a US seller with a similar part so i got that. Its now in testing/calibration phase :awesome:

Also, lots of video gaming, Overwatch and Halo.

Last weekend, i went campsite scouting in the woods. Man that was a lot of fun. Might do it again this weekend :strokebeard:
