Post your favorite BBQ baby-back ribs recipe   That's what I went and bought for dinner tonight, but I need some ideas for preparation.  I also have green beans....

Baby-Back is a trademark...

I have to ask you to delete your post so that the Shroomery wont fall to the wrath of Chilis Corp.

Tis True.

Here is my personal recipe that I've always found made delicious ribs. I originally got a recipe from a cookbook, but I've altered it to suit my tastes

- Boil ribs in large pot filled with lime slices and water for 30 to 40 minutes

- For the sauce: Heat 2 tbps oil in a saucepan and add a small chopped onion, and cook until lightly golden. Then stir in 1/4 cup of brown sugar and let that dissolve. Remove from heat and stir in 3/4 cups of ketchup, 1/4 cup lime juice (or lemon if lime juice is not available), 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce, 1 tbsp spicy mustard (or any variety you wish to substitute), 2-3 tsp chilli powder, 2 tsp cayenne pepper, and about half a tsp of tobasco sauce.

- Place boiled ribs on the barbeques and coat with lime juice, then cook for a minute or so before adding generous amounts of sauce

- Flip after the side is cooked to your preference and repeat the last step

- After done cooking, place in a shallow pan and pour remaining sauce over the ribs, and enjoy!

Just a note: I usually double the recipe for the sauce to ensure I have enough to fully coat the ribs, as I love saucy ribs. Feel free to change it however to suit your own taste.
