 Need ID's, please.

I've been an amateur mycologist for the past year and have found that it's not just a favored pastime, but a passion. I have about 60 different species that I'd love to get confirmation on, if possible.
Unless otherwise stated, all shrooms were foraged in Northeast Texas, in mixed forest. I'll try to relay the trees they were growing closet to, what they grew out of, if possible and what time of year they were found.
I have two really perplexing mushrooms, that I'll start with. The first one was found at the base of a very large, living oak tree. My husband picked it and brought it to me so I'm not completely sure what it grew from. It was found 12/07/2019 and it was a fairly warm day (in the low 60's). We've had a ton of rain here this fall and winter so its been nice for shrooms. I was unable to get a spore print because I had an emergency and by the time I remembered that I had it, it was moldy. 😥 It looks very much like a bolete, but i can see gills. Maybe an old bolete? I've found no others like it and no photos that resemble it on the web. It had a sweet sort of mushroomy smell and was very woody and tough feeling.
The next is a group of mushrooms that resemble honey mushrooms but definitely are not. They had a dark brown spore print. I was unable to identify the stump many were growing out of, but they were also growing down into the small creek bed. They had little smell and were pretty tough. They were foraged on 01/01/2020.They were a really gorgeous group of shrooms.
The first photos are of the bolete-like shroom and the second group is of the gorgeous family of shrooms.

I only see one picture in your gallery, and I can't say anything confidently about it without seeing the gills. It could possibly be a member of Gymnopilus.

Pictures are needed for id'ing. No bolete turns into an agaric with age... Dogs doesn't turn into cats either, but I could be wrong 😅

Not trying to ID, ust throwing this fun fact out there:
Some boletes do have gills, such as Phylloporus rhodoxanthus, aka, the gilled bolete.

True and i thought of that,but they look nothing like the gilled bolette. I did find aome gyms that looked like it, though.Thanks for yhe id's everyone. I've been able to find nothing that i was certain of, up until this point.

Psilosadhu, thanks a lot smartie britches. LMAO! I know shrooms don't change from having pores to gills, but I have seen older bolettes that split on the sides so that they appear to have gills, when not looked at from below. It would be kewl to turn dogs into cats, though. 🤪😉
