I got these two plants today.
The one on the left
Is an henbane and the one on the
Right is a deadly nightshade.
I hope they grow well.

The mushrooms are great.
The mushrooms are fine.
Give me them with lashings of wine.

Seriously man just edit or bump one of your last 12 threads.
You dont need to fill the Ethno forum with single post about plants you just got.

make a journal or something

yes, Quitoense I have two atm.
I might chop one and see if i can graft an eggplant onto it. Here in zone 7b I bring them in, in the winter. They are susceptible to spider mites indoors.I have kept a single plant alive for 3 years. (thornless variety)
This year I am going to plant directly into the ground and just try and root cuttings before the winter. There is a close cousin to this plant called " the five minut plant"
Since it's so intriguing thats how long it takes to examine the plant when you see it for the first time.

How long did it take for your Naranjilla to fruit? I'm doing a couple of them this year in 6b. They're a thorned variety too so I may cut them back before bringing them in for the winter.

I know you love these types of plants, so I thought of you, when I saw this dead Datura today  It's seed pods are full of seeds!
I find these growing wild all the time, but none as big as this one was!

I have a solanum that grows in the shade of my yard. It looks just like datura but is shorter and makes a green berry the size of a marble. Any idea what that might be?
