My jars are 90% colonized but in the last week I have been seeing moisture on the rims of my jars its clear liquid no yellow in sight...Is this normal or do I have to worry.

Looks like it could be some bacterial contamination. If they reach 100% you could try to fruit them. Then if you get a fruit you can clone it to agar to get a clean culture.

My next concern would be your jar set up. If you want perfection I would highly suggest using the standard 4 holes in lid design with a synthetic filter disk. If your agar is clean and you're preparing your grains right. Your lid setup is probably the culprit.

Definitely swap your jars out, those look a tad awful. Mason jars are cheap and you can repurpose your poly for them.

Yeah they are bacterial, but they look 100 percent enough to spawn outside or in a bucket.

You could try to order Mason jars online and some aluminum rings n lids off ebay so you don't have to keep ordering them to replace rusty ones.
Otherwise bags are good if you get good bags and use them right. I remember unicorn brand bags used to be really good.
