Same species?
    #26539846 - 03/17/20 02:16 AM (3 years, 10 months ago)

Just wondering if these are all the same species or do you still need the other references besides cap?

Cheers

Probably Panaeolus foenisecii. Got a gill shot? Spore print? Where did it grow?

I just wanted to know if they are the same species if you can tell from that. I posted one with all of the pics and place I found them.

Habitat:
Where does it grow? Growing straight from the ground in damp conditions near pine trees and eucalyptus.

Cap: in pic

Stem: in pic

Bruising: seems to be on stem

Other information:
Scent of the mushroom: strong mushroom smell.

Hey guys,

I found these near lake Macquarie (near Newcastle) and was wondering on the species. Information on edibility and whether it's psychoactive would be Great!

Thanks!

How long did you leave it printing? Usually you should let the cap sit face down covered by an upside-down cup or similar, for at least 6 hours, but preferably 12.

We'll need a fatter print to tell the difference between dark, dark brown and black.
