has anyone ever heard of / thought of using the disc shaped bottoms of coffee filters to control FAE? this just popped into my head as i was gonna go to the store for poly then thought of that.
just messing with one ( the ones i have) are rather dense and hard to blow my breath through, seems like one layer of coffee filter would work well!
might have to try it and report results, but i cant help but think that someone has to have done this or at least thought of it.

They will work if you figure out the correct amount of them you need to use to dial in. Then since they aren't synthetic you will have to change them out everytime they get wet from misting or they will get moldy. Another words what I'm saying is they won't really work.

Id rather use microtape or polyfill but coffee filters "should" work.

after some research they sound like a desperate last ditch method, they would likely mold. i wasnt aware how many times the coffee filter question had been asked on the forum lol

Coffee is a favorite drink of many people and many cannot live without it and the fact that they have a coffee machine literally saves them. And the breakdown of a favorite thing for them is like a terrible tragedy, which if the relatives do not decide, then the Internet helps. I have aunt Mary and she cannot live without coffee. One day her machine broke down and urgently needed help. It didn't take me much time for this, and already 1 day after the breakdown, I found a wonderful site https://www.palmgear.com/best-coffee-maker-for-rv-reviews/ where I (that is, my aunt) find out not only how to fix a car but also how and where to buy a new one and how to make sure that it does not break. I hope this will help you as well as me!

Micropore will do you good service and polyfil will where micropore can't. Use either, or, and both at the same time idc i'll pull down yer underwear. Plus micropore is cheap af.

I wouldnt call it cheap by any means. The 2" roll of 3m micropore is 10 bucks where I'm at and the 1" roll is 6. Knock off brand 1" rolls are 2 for 5 bucks but that still aint cheap for paper tape in my opinion.
A bag of poly is like 5 dollars and makes easily 100 tubs especially if you reuse poly.
For the record I use micropore tape myself but I am getting tired of changing tape cause retaping all my tubs is a bitch.
