What about the second set of pictures, first photo, on the left of the gills.
White fluffy strandy stuff, might only see it if you zoom in a bit though.

I wanna eat some but scared now, what if i soak em in cold water and then get rid of the water and then use the cold bits to make tea with? I dont have a clue what it is though.
Does the black parts on the gills look like spores though?

Their all fully dried now though in a bag and their mixed up so i cant tell which bits are which, and they were only small bits so they snapped when picking them out the drier.

Should be fine to eat then. If it looks like mold thou, don't eat! Separate the bad parts from the good if necessary.

But how would you explain the black on the gills? Is it spores? What does it look like to you?
No weird smells though.

Where these from an indoor grow or harvested from the field? You might want to take the dried shrooms and make tea...

If its a purple-black, its spores. If its a bluish or greenish color, Its likely bluing (oxidation).

You have a case of Drippy Gill.. or better put, your mushrooms do. Pseudomonas agarici n.sp. It's very likely anyways. Safe to eat if so. Spores if any won't be usable. edit: added link https://www.tandfonline.com/doi/pdf/10.1080/00288233.1970.10430530

Mycelium.. veil remnants most likely. It's odd not to find much about it on the forums. It's about as, or almost as common as Verticillium. This may be helpful.. https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/23130868/fpart/all/vc/1

Pseudomonas is generalized in that page. There are a few forms of it.
There's not a lot of fruit effecting contaminations to worry about when it comes to consuming them. I think someone mentioned a nice tea which is a good idea. Another option is to make an ethanol extract. This would be my choice.
