How much weight did you lose or gain over the past decade?
    #26534070 - 03/14/20 07:21 AM (3 years, 10 months ago)

How fat or thin are you gonna be decades from now?

What did you weigh in 2010 and now in 2020?

Looking back at some of my old posts I weighed 155 lbs 8 years ago, which is less than I thought (I was thinking 170). I peaked at 195 and currently weigh 180. So a net gain of 25 lbs. Not unhappy with my current weight but my current fitness level (particularly endurance wise) is not really satisfactory to me. Strength wise I'd say I'm ok for tasks I regularly need to do (lifting an 80 lb human) but there is room for improvement on that. Would like to get some weights and a bench, and also get back into stretching.

By BMI (1800s science lol) the "normal" range for my height of 6'1 is 140-190 lbs.

I gained about 45-50 lbs.....but muscle, not fat. I was a junkie & a twig in early 2010. Kicked the dope & got into bodybuilding.

Gained and lost roughly 70lbs.

Gained and lost 120lbs between 2005 and 2009.

I weighed 110lbs in 2010. Been gaining back weight the last year or so after having lost alot, weigh 145lbs now. Which is around my ideal range, on the upper end, which I want since I tend to lose weight easily and keep having to battle stupid sicknesses... so pretty good

feb 25th 2020 I weighed 195, today I weigh 180.2, so I lost 15 pounds in 18 days

Is it good or  bad that my weight has only had a 5lb variance in the past 12+ years?

Same here...

I've been right around 160lb for over 10 years now....I might pack on some pounds and loose a few through out the year(s), but for the most part my weight hasn't changed much at all as an adult.

I've weighed the same since I was about 18, I'm now 33.

My weight increased as my height/build increased through out puberty/teen years, but "post-puberty"/since I've been an adult, my weight has remained pretty steady.

It's actually been a while since I've stepped on a scale lol...so I can't say for sure, but my body hasn't changed much, I feel I'm still right around 160lb.

Very good, even if you're obese. The best weight is balance.

Damn, well 9 years ago I hit an all-time high of 270. I became heavily focused and hit a low weight of 149. Over the past 3 years it's crept back on and I'm sitting around 220-230. Quite a lot. I've never really had a stable weight. I'm either constantly gaining or I'm focused and losing. I'm almost never staying still.
