Buying the dip

With everything so low, wouldn't it be a good idea to buy up on stocks and bitcoin? Either things will go back up, or things will go down further to the point of no return, which means it won't matter that I blew all my cash on investments. But if things go back up like i suspect they will (where theres a will theres a way) this virus will have helped me and others become very wealthy. It'll be some historic shit that we tell our grandchildren about.

I was watching the bitcoin crash last night as my money halved. It was scary and chaos. At the time I thought it was a complete scam and today with a clear mind see it as a fantastic opportunity
Bitcoin and Ethereum are at great prices. Only ever invest what you can afford to lose. And on top of that, have some left to average in should we drop lower. This is a pandemic so that could very easily happen
Scary times, but buy the blood is my advice

The only thing is, USD is recovering, but I am watching for the return to the red box. If that trendline is touched and we dump hard it could be absolute carnage. Nobody knows what will happen in the coming weeks, so manage risk accordingly. Don't go "all in" at any point is my advice

Might be a good idea
The markets should recover after the outbreak is "contained" but its still very unknown.

Depending on how bad this gets, there could be a lot of corporate restructuring going on in the aftermath. Plus it's nice to have cash on hand during something like this. It's most likely a fantastic opportunity to buy certain stocks, but like Shadowman said I wouldn't go too crazy.

Shit is about to go to hell in a handbasket. The dip we are seeing now is just a panic selloff. The true realities haven't really sunk in to the markets yet, we can expect to see massive across the board losses when they do. Way too soon to buy now.
If you think some people are scared now when there's only 1000 infected domestically, wait till there's 1,000,000.

Just reading that, I know I'm going to be in for some serious regret and disappointment in what an opportunity I considered but missed because I'm a scaredycat

There's a lot of people buying in now because they saw what happened today and they want free and sudden crypto richness. That'll fade quick though. Before every leap it goes stagnant, a few start buying then more people jump on full of FOMO, then greed kicks in and the selloff hits and the value plummets. Happens again and again. Besides buying drugs it's what Bitcoin does.
