Two separate questions - LC and coco spawn trich

Hey all. Not totally a newb here, had a different username around 10 years ago when I grew for a few years and haven't been around much since. Started up some grows again within the past year.
First question:
Most of my grows 10 years ago and in the past year were LC --> Rye jars or bags --> spawn with damion5050 coir tek. In a cumulative 6 years of growing I've never had a single contam.
Until now.
LC was tested and proven before. Check.
Rye bags (used bags this time) were healthy and beautiful and smelled like nothing but beautiful earthy shroomy goodness. Check.
Used the same technique in the same room during the spawning procedure. Spawn at 1:1.
Trich appeared on 3 tubs during colonization run. They were opened in a separate room where I don't do anything regarding growing.
Trich appeared on the other 2 tubs after full colonization about 2 days after initiating pinning conditions.
But there was one thing I did differently this time. Instead of taping the holes up, I decided to put polyfil in and place the tubs in 35 gallon black trash bags. A little searching around on the forums indicated that taping the holes and leaving a non-sealed top on for FAE was a better method. True?
There was also a stupid incident where my colonization room temp got into the 90's F for probably a full 24 hours for the first 3 tubs, but not the last 2, which would also explain why the first 3 got it during the colonization run.
So, how does one properly rid the work/grow areas of trich? I was careful where I opened the tubs, but I'm still nervous. I want to disinfect every single area for possible future grows.
Does anyone see any other place where I could have gone wrong?
Second question:
I PCed ~8 LC jars for inoculation with multispore, but had an incident where the spores were lost in the mail (Doh) and then I went out of town on business. The jars have been sitting for a month now without inoculation. Would they be safe to inoculate or would you recommend re-doing? Thanks.

Somehow your spawn wasn't 100% clean. Could be the lc, filters, pc time, etc.
Post pictures of the petris.

Thanks for the responses.
Is there a proper procedure to sanitize work/grow areas? I've not dealt with this before. From searching on forums, most folks say spray walls/clean everything with a bleach solution as well as run a HEPA air filter. Is this okay or is there more to it?
Also, any input on the LC question? Thanks again.

Like The Mycologist said, your LC is likely contaminated. How did you test it? Got pics?
Cleaning is not nearly as important as sterile tek/clean spawn. I might clean once a year.
But yeah, those lc jars are still clean until you inoculate with multispore, which are always dirty.

I used the same LC for 3 previous identical-style grows within the past 6 months with no issues.
No, I don't have pics right now. I rent a warehouse where I do numerous things related to my job/business and keep everything growing related in a different portion of the warehouse so I don't have access to take pics right now.

Some occasionally have luck with multispore inoc, but it's always suspect if you're having problems. Agar is the best path.

We don't need pictures for this one.
If all the tubs contaminated than it is your Lc. If you tested the LC, I imagine you mean on spawn jars and not agar.
Take everything back down to the simplest method. You can buy premade Agar and test your Lc In a SAB. Also you are playing the lottery going spores to LC.
