It sounds insane because the above math is wrong, 2% of the population is about 6.5 million

It is 2% of the infected, not 2% of the total population. Estimates for who all will contract range from 20% - 60% of the total population.
So, more like 1.3 million to 3.9 million.

I heard that in a state of national emergency, that the federal government do not need search warrants to enter buildings or homes in USA

Why you trying to spook me
Police are allowed to enter your home if they "think" you have weapons or drugs. At any time.

Ok so I'm not good at math... Lol yeah 6.5 is more like it. I had to re run the numbers cause. Where the hell did I get 70 million, I think that's 20%
Anyway. Everyone will be infected. There is no point in saying the percent of infected. But if there where tests and we realize that the amount of infected is much higher than currently known the mortality rate will drop. Like we all probably already have it and the virus is only manifesting in a small number of people.
But if it mutates, we fucked. Also I'm pretty sure Trump and pence have it already.

Well this turned into another coranavorus discussion thread fast lmao. I'm curious what it's like where you guys are shits getting crazy huh.
I'm sure they can enter your home without a warrant during a national emergency. As long as they don't start confiscating guns and or supplies they won't have a reason to enter so make sure you keep a ear open for what's going on with other people. Maybe watch FB for what's happening locally or close by.
During hurricane Katrina I believe is when they started going door to door confiscating firearms and searching houses. I don't think this will be a situation like that but who knows. I guess anything is possible when it comes to the govmt.

looks like people I've already covered most of the points I was about to cover before I realize there was a second page. Yeah, not to sound crazy but I don't put anything past the government. Wether controlling or just taking advantage of the situation. But I really doubt door to door would be the way they go in an outbreak situation. It would be more targeted. Report here by this date or we come get you kind of thing. Which is still really bad ... At the same time, people are stupid and overreacting and while certain some bullshit over reaching legislation will get put in place from this, at this point just sitting tight and riding it out is the best course of action.

Watch the emergency preparedness response teams start setting up check points and relay stations. Everywhere you go is going to have temperature scanners.
We prepared for this shit 4 years ago. Italy has to many corpses and not enough room they are stacking coffins in schools and university's.
A 2% mortality rate means 70 million Americans will die from this fucking thing. For context that is the entire population of California Texas and Oklahoma combined.
bro where did you learn math

This simply isn't true.
According to one model put forth by the CDC:
Quote:
Between 160 million and 214 million people in the United States could be infected over the course of the epidemic, according to one projection. That could last months or even over a year, with infections concentrated in shorter periods, staggered across time in different communities, experts said. As many as 200,000 to 1.7 million people could die.
Those numbers are even lower than what I offered. These are also described as worst-case estimates. Source https://www.nytimes.com/2020/03/13/us/coronavirus-deaths-estimate.html

IPA indeed quadrupled in price at least.
Luckily i got 6l for 13$ just a couple weeks ago, but gave alot away and made some bootleg disinfection spray.
Oh and maybe we should just use bleach or H2O2 for cleanning Tubs and Lids etc. Guess someone would know the right procedure..

Dish soap works fine to clean tubs. One drop will go a long way. Or you could work a dry sab like some people do. But I’ve seen a lot of evidence of higher contam rates. But what do I know.

The government is not coming to collect your guns. They need us to keep paying taxes to feed the war machines.
Also yeah I owned up to the bad math. I trust the CDC and their projections. Friend of mine got all the symptoms of Covid but couldn't get a test cause of the CDC, even though the WHO has tests that worked....
