Possible contam on top of pins only.

My tub is HEAVILY pining which is great. I have a spot however, about the size of a quarter, where the tops of the pins are pinkish. Nothing on the substrate or lower on the pins. These are Penis Envy and is the third flush. I can’t get a decent pic without opening the lid again. What would only attack the tops?  On this grow I’ve noticed a much greater variance in the color of the tops. Usual grey to pale.
And a general question. How important is it to get all of the mushrooms out of the tub. I’ve had a few side bloomers that were pretty small so I left them where they were.

Opening the lid to take a quick picture shouldn’t harm them.

I was worried about it being pink mold and spreading the spores. Most of the posts I’ve seen on pink mold are in jars but I don’t know much about it. I’m going to check it in the morning and if it’s no larger perhaps I’ll take a pic.
