Oats, popcorn and brown rice oh my! (Fruiting chamber or mono)

This is a first attempt at a decent sized yield. Still debating on monotubs or shoebox within a fruiting chamber.
TTheres 14qt of great white monster jars inoculated into brown rice
5qt in popcorn using great white monster (multispore syringe) 2qt of brown rice AND coffee grounds of Mexican Dutch king(lc) 12qt of Cambodian gold MS in oats 7pint jars of rusty white in popcorn(liquid culture) 11qt are Moby dick also inoculated into oats(ms) 5 3lb growbags of millet of golden teacher(ms)
As you can see there is a variety of strains as well as well as both liquid culture and multispore. Attempting to get honey tek dialed in. While colonization and removing possible contams there are two bulk methods being decided upon so I figured I'd reach out to the boards and hear some wisdom.
The two choices are doing monotubs (50 quart) lining the bottom with trash bag and spawning roughly 4qt spawn to 6qt substrate(coco coir/verm). This will then be cased with just coir. The tub Will have holes filled with cotton balls.
OR??
Using 1quart to 2qt spawn to substrate ratio and do a basic shoebox tek but once the box is ready to fruit out the casing into a fruiting chamber. chamber designed with an air pump pumping in enough air for a 10gal aquarium. Also have polyfill fill holes in the top and perlite at the bottom of the chamber.
Who thinks they'll be a larger yield with just doing monos or whether doing shoeboxes and putting into a fruiting chamber. I guess it would be total of like 12tubs Or like 25shoeboxes put into fruiting chambers (2per chamber is like 13chambers.
Fruiting chambers will cost more money. But I feel like if rather fruit something than nothing so as far as contamination possibilities and size of yield what would you all say is the way to go?
I'll take pics of the jars tomorrow and if you guys want to follow ill keep this thread going each day.
If there is a specific strain or grain or method somebody wants to see let me know and I'll keep posting each day with updates and pictures.
The golden teacher,Mexican Dutch king, an rustywhyte have already been done but the other strains are brand new.

All that stuff is unnecessary, shoeboxes get plenty of air unmodded.
But if you’re gonna do all this stuff you should do some of them the usual way to compare.
Also that’s a lot of spawn! Going into bulk hard lol.

Monos and outdoor grows are endgame, shoeboxes are cool too

I'm actually in the perfect environment for outdoor so I'm super curious to see what summer rains bring.
Aka so your saying the fruiting chamber for the shoeboxes aren't really needed since the shoebox is essentially it's own chamber? makes since!
Not too worried about cost efficiency but I do wanna be mindful of how much I'm spending to keep profit margins high but my primary concern is of course the actual fruits of the labor.
Do you think an extra qt per run would vastly effect the yield or is there somewhat of a maximum amount one could spawn before the yield plateaus off?
So far the mdk strain has put off some fatty caps but the white strains seem to have the appearance as well as the high number of fruits.
What are some strains known to be nonhollow throughout?

Yeah shoeboxes are essentially mini monotubs, if you are trying to keep costs low you can use cheap grain like wbs and cheap substrate.
