Lion's Mane in a SGFC

Here's a pic of my attempt at growing Lion's Mane.

This was about ten days after placing the bags in the SGFC, and about 6 days after I first saw pins poking out of the holes cut in the bag. The fruit obviously aren't looking great, no "teeth" are really forming, and there is some pink discoloration.
Sure would appreciate any quick feedback from folks who know what they're looking at. Not enough FAE? Just plain a dumb idea to try to do this in a SGFC?

I'm pretty sure lion's mane can handle as much FAE as you can give it. I'd leave the lid off at least. SGFC is not ideal.

Hey listen man i just made a post about lions mane as well....i didnt use a SGFC i just cut a hole in the bag and misted it i left it out in the room. I will say i didnt keep up on the misting in the beginning. And mine didnt grow teeth either. However the top was starting to turn brown wich i thought ment maturity and time to harvest but it not having teeth i didnt think it was mature. So after some reading i read PINK means its at or going past maturity i think. But like i said mine wasnt pink white with browning at the top of the blob. So i got this bag from north spore so i called them yesterday. and sent them pics they said EVEN in perfect ideal conditions it wont always grow these teeth things and the browning is where its drying out. they told me to go ahead and harvest even tho it didnt have teeth....dont know if that helps at all but they dont always grow these teeth....i THINK pink means maturing and ready to harvest from what i read ( google pink lions mane and see what it says) But then again mine isnt pink just white with brown spots on the top and i was told its good to go.....Only thing i can say i only cut 1 hole in the bag and the mushroom blob on mine is alot bigger than all yours combined maybe next time try that so it puts all the energy into 1 area

pink color really has nothing to do with maturity of lions mane. I've had immature fruits that were pink and stayed pink until they were a few days old, as they matured they started to turn white. From what I've read it was supposedly from having a high humidity. The brown spots indicate that they are drying out from lack of humidity. The spines come with maturity and can be a visual sign to determine maturity.
nevereataamanita needs to increase both his humidity and his fresh air exchange or his culture is old and is producing mutants. I've had very similar looking fruits in the past and it was mostly remedied by introducing a lot more FAE. Although I've grown some that both produced nice fruit and fruits similar to what nevereataamanita has in the same environmental conditions. I attributed this to either dead spots in the fruiting chamber where co2 was higher, bacteria contamination causing mutations or an old culture that was laggard and as a result caused mutations. As zoidbergo said lions mane doesn't do well in SGFC unless you can provide a very high FAE. You can leave the lid off and fan and mist more often to encourage better growth, lower co2 and increase humidity.
Pink Growth on immature fruit Mature mushroom that is white Bad growth in same environmental conditions with same culture

Okay, thanks all for the feedback, much appreciated. I'm going to go ahead and leave the lid off and mist as much as I can. See if I can salvage something out of this.
