Did I shake too early? What percentage would you say this second batch is?

Hi all, been a few years since I did a project. Doing two cube tubs, 12 jars of hard red winter wheat berries. Btw, freaking love these grains.
So the first picture is the batch that was shaken already. I guestimated that it was 20%, I may have been wrong. Does it look like it was shaken too early? It was shaken on day 9, and I shook them 3 days ago, this is their recovery so far:

Now here is the other batch, they are on day 10, what would you estimate the percentage is? Shake time? This is one jar with bottom and top view, the cluster inside looks like it may be pretty dense:

I think you gotta give yourself more credit. Those look like happy and healthy jars. I wouldn't worry about the speed because that looks like pretty dense growth.
And yes, shake that other one up.
The percentage is just a guideline, not an exact science.

So I just moved to Upstate, NY, and I wasn't familiar with any of the natural food stores. The first one I went to didn't have any rye grain, but they had "hard red winter wheat berries". I have used winter wheat berries in the past, because they looked identical to rye grain. However, these hard red ones, after searching the forums, work just as good. They were extremely easy to prep and I usually burst rye grains like they're popcorn. These ones held up very well, and they are uniform in color so they are very pleasant to look at. To my surprise, I had growth from MS in under 48 hours, I was shooketh.
EDIT: I should also mention they were $1.09/lb. Even the guy at the register was like "wow that is cheap" when I walked out with 15lbs for under $20
Any second opinions opinions on wether to shake or not? Would be nice to get a TC in here, but I will probably shake by the end of the day if I don't hear any opposition.

I shook my second batch of WBS earlier than yours are, they took a day or two to bounce back but growth absolutely booms everytime I shake the jars. Granted I only shake once. For example, inoculate/wait and let them grow/shake/bounce back/growth boom. I mean my last jars went from about 20-25% tops, to 90% in like 5-6 days I’d say.

Some updates:
Left side was given 1 extra day before shaking and also inoculated 36 hours after the right, either more aggressive growth or better shaking timing. These photos were taken 16hrs apart.

Unless it’s a clone culture, recovery times and colonization speed is all a genetic crapshoot. When you g2g, you’re usually only transfering 10% of the master jar to receiving jar, so shaking at anything past 10% is essentially the same thing. The most important factor is that you have clean, healthy looking growth

I honestly didn't expect it to colonize this fast, these are two separate MS. I need to shop for the substrate mixin's
