I lost 14 kilos in the last month starting at 116. I have 2 weeks off and started at 102.5 kilo. I figured it would be an easy smooth sailing to 99 kilo in these 2 weeks off and couldnt wait to see 99 on the scale. I hit the gym heavily for 4 hours each of the first 3 days and continued 1 healthy decent sized meal a day. The last 3 days I didnt exercise. The gym was closed today when I finally went. I went to the store instead and bought some god damn burrito supplies. I just ate 8 fucking burritos in the last 3 hours. My mouth is so dry after each 2 burritos i eat and I just need more of the fuckers. I made the last burrito just now and I fucking hate myself. I put it back in the fridge with a big tub of fucking bean and mince that I was going to eat with a spoon after. You fucking cocksucker.

Hey don't worry, one little slip up isn't going to cost you all of the weight you lost. Don't feel bad about it and punish yourself over it, just get back on the horse again tomorrow. A couple of days and you'll be right back where you left off
Weight loss has to be sustainable. If you are pushing yourself too hard and restricting too much, you'll be more prone to falling off because of cravings etc.

Trying not to eat it is far too difficult. Focus your energies on not buying it in the first place. Still difficult but much easier.
P.s. healthy burritos are easy to make and delicious!! Tons of recipes out there. Research, make a healthy shopping list then don't deviate from it once you're in store.

Try not to indugle in those delicious burritos filled with onions, black olives, sharp cheddar cheese that melts in your mouth, homemade hot sauce at just the right spiciness and ground beef simmered to golden brown perfection in a pan of melted real butter, then slathered with chilled sour cream.
You must resist the temptation of these epic delicious burritos so you can lose those kilos and make yourself a heros!

I hit 90 kilo today! I am just slowly and steadily maintaining discipline. I'm doing pull ups and chin ups now. One meal a day. Around 1000 calories. And occasionally cheating with extra meals.
*does little dance*
Re-reading this post gave me a big ego boost. My old self would be proud! I still have 15 kilos to go and I weight is going reeeeeeally slow but its nice to remember what it was like at 100.

what did you do at the gym that kept you there for four hours? cocaine and hookers? all you really need is 30 minutes, an hour at the very most. anything more than that is just time wasted.
a diet im doing allows for one cheat day out of the week, so you stuffing your face with burritos every now and then wont hurt as much as you think.
big grats on the weight loss

Congrats to anon #1, the investment in your body is well worth it and will pay for itself many times over in the years to come. It ante easy. Having something off menu isn't that bad, as long as its not more than once a week, and you are putting in your dues to the iron. One of the biggest keys is controlling insulin. Since you are burning fat, the only time you need an insulin spike is during your post workout meal/shake, the rest of the time it should be kept in check so you continue to burn off fat stores.

I disagree with this. Most gains for me come between 1 - 1.5 hours of lifting, six days a week. Everyone is different, but I require 1+ hours of teeth grinding effort to get anywhere. Other people respond to short, intense workouts, some respond to simple calisthenics. I can't comment on what works for someone over the internet, but if it works, milk it for all it's worth.

Solid effort anon 1 great work.
Dont even feel bad for the burrito accident, accept you like burritos! Your on a path already, acknowledge there are backward steps and they become easier to handle when they happen.
