So I might be receiving spore that contain PESA and Texas orange caps, are they different from other cubes when it comes to substrate?

Texas Orange Caps are cubes, so substrate isn't going to be different than GT, varieties. I don't know what PESA is so I can't answer there pal

They are both cubes, so grow conditions should be the same.
