Self-sabotage? Not really. Refusal to brownnose?

So I have a job in security my job is just to walk around and drive around nonstop and periodically stop at the camera controls for 30 minutes. Sometimes I stay for up to an hour because im warn out.
A few things happen - one is co-workers stop me and chat with me. Some I dont even want to talk to. But I get trapped in the convo and cant escape for 30 minutes sometimes. I have no friends and am lonely as fuck so the human contact is good for me I feel. But I dont know how to end a convo.
The bigger thing that happens that has cost me a lot of jobs is my boss will come by and instead of doing what everyone else does and pretending they are working harder than they are -- I just continue as if she didn't come into the room. I feel like its wrong to pretend so I dont change anything. Sometimes its during my 30 minute camera watching period and I might get stuck there with her around for like 45 minutes. Just kinda waiting for her to leave so I can leave.
It doesnt make any fucking sense does it? What the fuck is wrong with my brain?
I just got a written warning for "spending 2 hours at the cameras playing with staples" which is absolute madness. I stayed for a max of 1 hour and I've never played with staples? Wtf?
I honestly think she just assumes I'm lazy and the other workers arent pretending as soon as she walks in. I do a good job.

You sound kinda lazy, and you aren’t worried about your boss thinking that you are lazy.
Yup. Get a less demanding job. I suggest collections agent specifically. It doesn’t matter wtf you say to the people who you collect on. Your boss won’t give a shit. You could work from home. No walking, really you could do it from your bed. Not even get up in the morning. Just lay there, watching Netflix, telling random people to pay up.

I don’t believe Op is saying that they don’t work they’re saying they don’t pretend to work. It’s usually the ones that pretend that are standing around not doing shit when the boss isn’t around, so they have to compensate.

So, he is mad about the boss thinking he is lazy...... then refuses to put on a show, or actually find some work to do?
Ok, he stupid too.
I am saying: there is a way to keep a job. OP hasn’t figured it out yet. He either is going to be a hard worker or a brown noser, probably a bit of both. Or he will find a new job, or be unemployed.
