If you could take a trophy from World War II, what would it be?

Suppose!
Suppose you could obtain ANY artifact from World War II, literally any whatsoever, and make it your personal property? What would it be?
Only 3 rules:
--It CANNOT obstruct history. The artifact needs to have fulfilled its role in hostory, afterwards its yours.
--You cannot SELL it or charge admission to display it, its for you, not others.
--It should fit on your property, or the place you live now.
What trophy would you take from World War II?

I’ve always kinda wanted one of those Death Head pins the Nazis wore on their hats but then I realize how bad I would look having one of them on my nicknack shelf + just the negative vibes of having it around would become a problem. I don’t need that sort of energy around.
It stems more from a kind of Lt. Aldo Raine sorta thing that if I was out there killin’ Natzees I would probably collect the pin off each Natzee I killed and keep them as my count token..

I can be as specific as I’ve heard them called Death’s Head pins. Himmler had one on him I’m pretty sure. Stuck right on the forehead part of their hats, they’d make a good sniper target. I think you had to be a top rank guy to have one.

You can get a replica of one of those totenkopf pins for a few bucks on the internet.

For as long as I remember my grandpa had a Japanese rising sun flag and a Japanese bolt action battle rifle on the wall over his fireplace. He was part of the occupational army in Japan after the war and said he got them there.
After he died my brother wound up with them and he donated them to a museum that loves those types of things somewhere in the NE. The museum studied them over and told him the rifle was real but the flag was a counterfeit made in the Philipines.

First rule is:
Quote:

Yes, theres no hard evidence of it, but there is a specific history around it, therefore likely a real thing. And i want my hands on it

No hard evidence...couldn't have fulfilled its role in history "Likely" being a real thing isn't in line with the rules...and rules is rules.

My family has a nazi flag that my one grandfather took when he helped liberate one of the concentration camps. I wanna say Dachau, but I could be wrong about that. Either way we were like when he passed & we found it going through everything in the house, though we did know the story behind it. It’s stashed away somewhere....definitely not something to display.
