I'm brand new here and posted this in the getting started forum but doesn't seem to be many people. So I'll ask here.
I've got some jars with some pinkish/tan spots in the mycelium. I'm wondering if I fruit these will the mushrooms be ok for me to eat, or not so much?
Thanks in advance.

Definitely dont trash them!
Looks like some bacterial infection in those light brown spots. I would birth ASAP and rinse it really well in cool water then place in your FC.

They will be okay to eat unless something is literally growing over them. I would birth them, but don't use them as a spawn.
