Is this a monoculture?

This is the 4th transfer from a clone tissue. The 3rd transfer was already perfectly round like this one, but i did another one to be sure. Im not sure how many transfers it takes to get a monoculture. What do you guys think?

The plate medium is way too nutritious since this culture produces the craziest rhizomorphs I have ever grown. These pictures of a tub are from the 3rd transfer plate (also perfectly round). The overview of the tub has been taken 7 days after spawning and the details 5 days after spawning.

I just want to make sure that it is a monoculture before I spread it over multiple plates and store them.

Monoculture or not you should test it before you decide you need to store it.

yeah, i really look forward to seeing the fruitbodies it produces, but that brush-like aerial mycelium alone seems fucking amazing to me.

I think isolates usually take a long time. Verum has a thread about it where he was like 100 transfers deep, a few times thought it was there but then after a few more transfers it would sector again.
What kind is it? The only one I’ve had go that fast was maz and it looked very similar, ran a shoebox in 5 days with tons of myc sticking out.
Hopefully if fruits well and has decent potency, could be an awesome culture with that speed.

100 transfers? I thought that it takes that many when starting from spores. There should be only a few "strains" active in a fruitbody, right?

Well... hard to say. I bought one spore syringe about five years ago from a pretty non-reputable vendor. It said "amazonians" but i don't know what to make of that. I did some cakes with it, collected prints, made more syringes and did some more cakes. Then i stopped growing for like 3 years and only started again a few months back. I used my old syringes to do cakes, then shredded them into small trays with coir.
One of the trays looked like this:

The weird mycelium growth seemed interesting to me, so i cloned it. The stem bruised into almost dark ink color when i ripped it in half.
