Not sure how zoomed in you are on those pictures, but I'm thinking way more fuzzy foot than brown discoloration. May actually benefit from a bit more FAE.

Remove poly from some holes. They look waY TO FUZZY. Doesn't look like very to me. Looks like normal fruits that need more air.

Look at the spot where a mushroom has been removed. I can take more pictures if needed, also thank you for the fuzzy fix!

I don't think you have that issues. This species naturally has a beige/tan coloration, albino variants aside. Also, it is prone to bruising which will lead to discoloration. People often mistake this when dealing with contams, but when you literally rip apart the structure (harvesting) of course there will be a reaction at the wound site. You better be playing mood music while harvesting if you want to maintain your humane mycologist certification.

Here’s a better look

There seems to be a thin layer of spotted brown under the fuzz..

It's like you are cutting someone and pointing at the blood.
Natural reaction to the wound.

Don’t post if you don’t have anything to contribute. Spotted brown discoloration is a natural bruising response for cubensis? I’m not sure if that’s accurate.... When I peel back the fuzz on the base of the stem there’s a layer of spotted brown tissue that isn’t present anywhere else on the fruit. I checked don’t worry.
Anyone else with some actual input?
