It'll be uncomfortable as fuck for the first little bit. I would do your best to make friends with people, and do things that you haven't done before, or have been scared to do. When I went to rehab I never went cliff diving before, and got a chance to do that there. Do lots of exercise, that shit helps a ton when you're getting off the drugs.

If your rehab allows it bring some music to listen to, books are good as well. The rehab I went to let us bring our laptops, so I was able to have a ton of movies on it which was dope.

Also chances are someone at your rehab is going to do drugs there, and might even offer it to you, as hard as it might be say no.

Just try to think of it as a break away from society, you’ll be able to work and think to yourself and catch-up with your mental, Rehabs suck when your not ready, but will save your life when you are. Even if your not ready and it was forced upon you by court or whatever it may be, a little clean time, to get on track is never bad, plus maybe you’ll meet me cool people, potential Shroom Lovers:mushroom2: I wish you The Best, oh and just like Deadwk said, workout maybe listen to music or read if you have to! But stay away from the bullshit in there, good luck .
