Thank you very much to everyone contributing to this thread, great work :irishtoast:

Due to some of my immediate family having life threatening health issues at the moment, I have not had much time to hunt like I would normally.

Look forward to seeing more contributions from outside the U.S. to have a wider variety of data,  So far. we have 1 from Australia and 1 from Peru,

thank you again to everyone contributing, every post helps, hope to see this still  going 10 yrs down the road. At the end of year I  will share the compiled data.

It Is Best To Use Scissors & Cut At The Base Of The Stem When Collecting Dung Loving Sp, Leaving The Mycelium Underneath Undisturbed.

Pulling Mushrooms From The Dung Is Not A Natural Occurrence, But Mushrooms Are Kicked Over & Broken All The Time

New Orleans or area should in a relative proximity to the greater New Orleans
In the Deep South of Louisiana

1 day since it has been raining.
Afternoon 1:12 PM
Growing in uncut section of tall grass
Looks like a cow stepped on the first cube. Do you think the cow turned this one blue?
78° 90%
Temperature stayed lower than 94
The dew wasn’t there thankfully

This was before my shift so I was just running on schedule.

The second cube looked very scaley on the stem it looked like crystals...shards.  This shrooms looks high af like it smoked a joint

tks everyone for contributing,  right now the U.S. Gulf Coast is busting at the seems, get out there while the getting is good 👍
