Humidity: 85% At Time Found
Substrate: Cow Manure
Area found: Found In The Woods Next To Pasture, Very Shaded. Short Grass Surrounding But Easily Seen.

General location: Southwest Florida
# of days since last rain: Yesterday (If recently rained, how many successive days did it rain?): Twice a day for 5 days straight. Usually Mid Day and in the afternoon.
Fog or dew present ( yes or no): Yes
Humidity: 93%
Substrate: Cow manure
Area found: Forest near pasture, directly from well aged manure.
Method of collection: Tap the cap and pull

Thank you very much to everyone contributing to this thread, great work 
Due to some of my immediate family having life threatening health issues at the moment, I have not had much time to hunt like I would normally.
Look forward to seeing more contributions from outside the U.S. to have a wider variety of data, So far. we have 1 from Australia and 1 from Peru,
thank you again to everyone contributing, every post helps, hope to see this still going 10 yrs down the road. At the end of year I will share the compiled data.

It Is Best To Use Scissors & Cut At The Base Of The Stem When Collecting Dung Loving Sp, Leaving The Mycelium Underneath Undisturbed.

Area found: A Couple Were Found In A Taller Patch Of Grass, Most Were Found In Shorter Grass, Most Were Easily Seen.






other: I Found Cubes In Spots Of A Particular Field Were I've Never Found Them Before, & The Usual Good Spots Of The Same Field Showed No Fruits Today. Thus Is Why I Hunt The Entire Field, Even If I've Never Had Any Luck In Particular Section.
Also, I Forgot My Damn Tape Measure Again So I Used My Can For Size Reference

other: All Specimens Bruised Blue Within 5 Mins & Were In Good Condition, 4 Were Partially Dried By The Sun. They Were Scattered Far Apart Around The Pasture.

other: I Found More Specimens Than What I Took Pictures Of Because The Mosquitos Were Eating Me Alive Lol, They Were Biting Right Through The DEET. The Biggest Specimen Was 2 3/8 Inches Across.

New Orleans or area should in a relative proximity to the greater New Orleans In the Deep South of Louisiana
1 day since it has been raining. Afternoon 1:12 PM Growing in uncut section of tall grass Looks like a cow stepped on the first cube. Do you think the cow turned this one blue? 78° 90% Temperature stayed lower than 94 The dew wasn’t there thankfully
This was before my shift so I was just running on schedule.
The second cube looked very scaley on the stem it looked like crystals...shards. This shrooms looks high af like it smoked a joint

MpSeph, I like seeing that Panaeolus cyanescens in the picture with the cubensis, haven't seen any yet this summer, but they did flush in late winter this year.

Wongcologist You Only Have 2 Active Species There, Psilocybe Cubensis & Panaeolus (Copelandia) Cyanescens. Both Bruise Bluish Where Injured/Damaged.
All The Others Are Inactive Coprinoids.
