Dropped a white print so I'm sure these are indeed Lepista Nuda and beautiful Specimens at that they weren't surfaced yet and sat about 1 foot below the surface of mulch...Good to chef em up?

Did you dig these up somehow? What kind of mulch, or what kind of trees above? Very cool.

Not that pink but then again I dropped them on black paper instead of white so it's resembling more of a white...Safe to eat or toss em?

Do they have any noticeable smell?
Ones I've found tend to smell floral.

your print needs to be thick so give it over night minimum to see the true color and use natural light to look at the print because artificial light can alter the color appearance.

I dropped one overnight on black paper and it matched exactly to the ones shown online which to me is more of a white but I think it's due to dropping it on a black surface and the reason I chose black was because most I found online were identified easier using black.
If I don't get sick these will be getting harvested on the regular during season because they were beyond delicious!!

Hey Duggstar, glad to see you back.
edit: black paper is what you want or foil for pale colored spores and I can see how it can appear whitish, it's definitely not what we would normally consider pink, but more flesh toned like Duggstar stated.
There is a similar looking Lepista that has a thinner stipe and found in grass that's called Lepista sordida.

Last ones I found were on a hillside I guess in somewhat a grassy area but these are fruiting in mulch piles
