Two weeks in fruiting conditions, no pins?

HI, first time grower being confused as to how my growth is happening. I have two trays and two small boxes, all almost completely colonized. All I see are fungal hyphae, I don't know what to change so I can get some fruits before contamination sets in (more than I can already see). Here are some images:
 What do I change?

Next time level the surface.
They don’t look very healthy, how have you been doing them

I had a similar issue, I stopped misting as much and let the coir show a lighter color before misting, and more importantly I gave my tub direct sunlight which changed everything. Not sure what your light situation is, but ambient sunlight wasn’t enough for me.

How are you maintaining moisture at the surface? Looks dry, mist then gently lay some foil or cling wrap over for a while, then remove and let dry for a few hours. Rinse repeat

They're in a large drawer, lids cracked open. The two trays are in a plastic bag with multiple holes punched in. Light has been through a CFL desk lamp orange-ish color

I transferred them from a brown rice jar around two weeks ago. Its been sitting in my drawer since, with light from a desk lamp, and misting 1-2 times daily. In the drawer, the boxes have the lids reversed, and the trays are in a plastic bag with holes punched in

I've been misting 1-2 times daily, but guess that isnt enough...its a learning curve I suppose

I'll transfer them to direct sunlight, but other comments are saying that the mycelium looks dry...why do you think it is wet?

In my case, I was misting too often and the water was just soaking into the substrate and not evaporating back out, so I ended up just soaking my sub. I am just going off of the color of your substrate, but the mycelium should have very small water droplets on the surface.

the ones with a lot of mycelium look like they’ve been soaked and dried over and over, it’s all matted and has the rubbery look to it. My first one was just like that and the surface turned blue/yellow and died but then fresh myc sprouted through it and it was fine.
Also those long rhizo fingers of mycelium can be caused by bacteria.
The less colonized one seems alright. The myc is still fuzzy like it should be.

I've put everything out in the open now; while the mycelium overall looks healthier 3/4 of the things have gotten a bluish layer on their tops/hyphae, any suggestions?

Do people really put foil over the surface? Never read that before so curious.
